My husband and 8 others stayed at the lovely Hotel Victoria Nov 2013 and we loved everything about it! The location was perfect... located on a quite side street, but just around the corner from great restaurants, shopping and the famous Harry's Bar. Also just a 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps or cross the street and you are... More

We loved our stay at Hotel Victoria - Room 418 was perfect for us, large with a nice outlook to the city wall. The bathroom was spacious and had its own opening window - Bliss! The only negative factor for us in this hotel was the room lighting which was a bit dim. However, the rooftop bar was a good... More

Stayed for two nights. Parts of the hotel seemed elegant; other parts badly in need of renovation ( room needed a painting and carpets were frayed). Seemed to be the go-to hotel for tour groups. While waiting to talk to concierge, had to wait for 20 or so keys to be handed out. Wasn't bothered by that, I was on... More

If you're there for business and desperately need to press your attire don’t expect the staff to make an effort. Although a press service is provided during the week this does not help if you arrive on the weekend for a Monday morning meeting. Zero effort from staff which was disappointing and frustrating. On a positive note, Angelo the rooftop... More

Very good location, very nice interior, beds are comfortable, staff is very helpful. The roof garden is excellent. Of course, all of this has its price... There is WiFi all over the place. While being there, the elevator broke down twice, but it was not a problem. Staff speaks quite well English.

Having paid a fortune for five night stay in Rome at this hotel, it was a complete let down. It's advertised in Top Ten Rome rooms with a view. Our view was of a wall. A red wall. As a result of the wall the room was dark and dreary. The staff were far from attentive and were very rude... More

We have stayed at the Hotel Victoria twice, in September and four years ago. It is a wonderful, inviting hotel set in a quiet part of Rome. The rooms are generous and tastefully decorated. There is the bonus of a roof-top restaurant and bar. But the best reason to stay is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. No one... More

Thank you to the Hotel Victoria for a wonderful stay in Rome. It is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful roof terrace and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is good, lots of fruit and cold & hot selection. The location is great - peaceful but within walking to the Spanish Steps and the rest of the sites in Rome.

I travelled with my Husband on an award from work. We found the hotel traditionaly decorated, with parts a bit dated. It was very clean the rooms were decently sized and had amenities we needed though a kettle would have been nice. We had continental breakfast and there was a huge choice available. The restaurant menu looked nice and the roof... More
