Stayed here with my Husband for 4 nights beginning of August. Hotel entrance is bright and spacious, very welcoming, lovely décor. Room was clean, bed linen changed every day, fresh towels every day. Bed was large, not a double as expected, which was better. Mattress and pillows comfy. Minibar and fridge, although drinks were expensive, only used 1 bottle of... More

We found this to be a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, some minor communications problems, but they tried very hard to accommodate us. Our room was very clean and neat with things a bit older, but serviceable. Bathroom was super, large, clean towels and house keeping staff kept it that way. A desktop... More

While our reservations through a 3rd party were never received, and they did not have an appropriate room available, they set up a room for us with 2 pre teens. The next day they were able to fulfill our original reservation. While this could be conceived as a negative, they were extremely friendly, helpful and the whole experience was positive.... More

I use this hotel regularly when visiting Rome on business. The roof top bar and restaurant are a must in the summer time, local restaurants can be a bit pricey and avoid Via Venetto if you can. The city centre can be reached on foot if you are energetic, otherwise it's best to get a taxi from the rank at... More

The common areas are beautiful, the breakfast beautifully presented, the location within walking distance of high-ending shopping. However, our room looked nothing like any of the pictures - it was small, dark, old, shortage of hot water. It was a functional hotel if all you want it for is to sleep.

My wife and I have stayed here twice and like it a lot. The location is very nice...at the top of the Via Venito and close to the Borghese Gardens. I recommend the superior level room as it is much larger than the classic. The room decor was simple but very pretty. The air-conditioning is not great but adequate for... More

My wife and I booked 4 nights at the Victoria Hotel at the end of July this year (2014) for our wedding anniversary after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and, if anything, it exceeded our expectations on every level. Firstly the hotel reception and all of the staff are stylishly presented and the whole arrangement looks very upmarket. However... More

We stayed a few nights and have mostly things to say about Hotel Victoria. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms and common areas are well maintained. Breakfast was good. Only bad thing was with the WIFI. While we had good reception everywhere, including our room, it still only worked well in the reception area. (It repeatedly kicked us out when... More
