This hotel is a great Oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. But, close enough to be anywhere you want by metro, taxi or walking... The hotel is very well kept, the staff always courteous and helpful. Our Superior room was spacious with windows that opened onto a wonderful back street view of the area. The... More

Staff were very nice and were willing to help with anything you required. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was good too. TV channel selection for English speaking people was good - better than any other hotel I've come across on this holiday. Unfortunately the wifi is the down side. It would cut out and not... More

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was extremely clean, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and it was a short walk from many restaurants and a short taxi ride from anything in the city. It was far enough away from the city center to be quiet, and included FANTASTIC views from the rooftop of Villa Borghese. We had some issues... More

We recently stayed here over the holidays with our 3 children. We had a double & a triple. The rooms were spacious & clean. The staff was very helpful & always smiling. Free wifi & a delicious breakfast. It is a solid mile or 2 to the major tourist attractions. If you don't mind the walk then the location is... More

I stayed here with my partner between the 18th and 20th December. The hotel is lovely, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is very clean, staff very helpful and great location. The only small thing was the shower which for some reason projected horizontally across the bath. There wasn't a fault with it, it was just the way it... More

We stayed in Hotel Victoria Roma for 10 nights in the beginning of August. First impressions of the hotel was a refined looking hotel with a old but stylish reception area. The staff were polite from the get go, as soon as we arrived greeting us in the doorway then speedily getting me and the girlfriend checked in and showing... More

Very clean boutique hotel in one of the best locations. Rooms are very comfortable with prenty of space for all your clothes. Very comfortable bed and very elegant décor. Small but very nice lobby. Nice restaurant and lobby bar. I really enjoyed my three night stay. I would stay here on my next visit to Rome.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
