Arrived late in the evening and had a small problem with the room. This was rectified very well in the morning and we were moved with no hassle to a better room for the remainder of our stay. Hotel is quiet and functional and ticks the boxes for a place to stay. Location is v good - near the Villa... More

The Hotel Savoy is located in a perfect location for easy access to Rome's best sites, including the Trevi fountain,Spanish steps and the subway system. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of elegant touches and vintage charm. Delicious Breakfast was included in a lovely breakfast room with pretty murals and European flair. If you appreciate an old world hotel... More

We booked 4nights in June..we thought the location was excellent very near the Spanish steps and the trevi fountain, walking distance to restaurants and bus tours.. The hotel is really nice and the reception staff are very helpful, our bed was to hard and they put a mattress topper on for us..you can buy tickets for tour at the hotel... More

Seemingly one would assume free wi if is available for all guests. We couldn't believe the hotel charged for this including in the lobby plus the use of the hotels computer downstairs. Seems very behind the times. Breakfast was so so. Nothing to write home about. Hotel however is in amazing location near spagna.

Stayed in this hotel 1st to 4th Aug having taken a city break to Rome. My first visit to the city. The hotel was an excellant choice. A quality hotel in a perfect location, nice and quiet but very close to all the attractions and a few minute stroll to the "hop on/hop off city bus tour". Always a good... More

The location and the hotel it self is good. The lobby of the hotel is lovely however the rooms are bit dated and tired looking. You've had all the basics there so can't complain that something was missing but we still had a feeling that they could have done more especially for how much they charge per night. We were... More

We booked a last minute trip to Rome at the peak of summer travel season.. how do you choose? For the location, almost the corner of the via Veneto and the via Ludovisi (and diagonally across from the American Embassy), not more than a 30 minute walk from most any part of Rome (including the hills of Trastevere), with breakfast... I just returned from a trip to Rome, stayed at Hotel Savoy, and would recommend staying here. The hotel is beautiful: gorgeous lobby, lovely and clean rooms, and a beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar area. What I will remember most about the hotel is the exceptional service I received from the staff in the lobby! I received a warm welcome... More

This hotel is situated in Via Ludovisi between the Excelsior and Eden Hotels which are both in prime positions- short walk to Spanish Stairs. This hotel offers exceptional value for money offering larger and more spacious rooms than the 5 Star hotels on either side. The front desk personnel are extremely helpful and are more than happy to happily assist... More
