We were not expecting much out of this hotel when we first booked it, and the hotel really exceeded our expectations. The location was incredible - if you walk down the street of Cavour, you reach the Forum. If you look down any of the streets, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the Colliseum. It was also pretty... I did thwe tour through Gate 1 travel and it was our first time in ROME. The first impression of the hotel is good. The staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are small and the beds are light and can move easily. You might hear the voices in the hallway or next room. BUT THERE IS SUCH A PLUS... More

I agree with the previous reviews. This place has a great breakfast, great location central to all sights and great places to eat. Only drawback is a lot of tours, with a lot of kids.Stayed in Rm 520 at end of hallway (first rm was smoking ask for a new room and the porter called the desk and they changed me right... More

Worked out perfectly for a weekend break. Big room comfortable beds - friendly staff - fantastic breakfast buffet. Best thing is location - the streets directly behind the hotel were choc full of great bars, restaurants, ice cream shops ect. More

The hotel is just around the corner from the colluseum and around the corner from the heart of Rome. The farthest we walked was to the Vatican and that took only 30 minutes. Everything else is within that range. Also, the train station is a short walk (10 min.) up on the same street. In the streets behind the hotel... More

I recently returned from a lovely 6 day vacation at Rome with my parents. We stayed at a trip classic room at GHP and it was a pleasant stay. Room was comfortable :clean with good bathrooms, good breakfast and helpful staff! The WiFi was the only issue, we did not get any signal in our room. The location was fantastic... More

We travelled to Rome for New Year and stayed 4 nights in this great hotel with our three children aged 3, 6 and 9. From start to finish there was nothing I could complain about. The lady who booked us in spoke perfect English and offered great advice, the front desk staff were always helpful and attendant and the rooms... More

The hotel is very central, close to Termini train and bus station, good shopping and most important - all the famous sights (2 minutes to Colusseum!). Great service from all the staff and extremely clean rooms! The hotel restaurant offers a great variety of typical delicious roman dishes. Even very good conference possibilities. I highly recommend this hotel! More
