Decent hotel, clean, perfect location, friendly staff. Room a bit small, bath towels are very small. Biggest negative is the very slow Internet connection. Breakfast could be improved, no fresh juices, the cake and croissants are of poor quality surely not 4 stars standards.

Reception staff excellent when we arrived at 10am even though the room was not ready they stored our luggage and let us use the safe. Gave us directions to all of the main tourist attractions. Colosseum was a 5 minute Walk. And forum even less. Main shaping area a 15 walk away. The side streets around the Hotel were quaint... More

Very nice hotel, but ... - Location is excellent, walking distance to the colloseum and the forum. The room was very nice, with many outlets, but not all of them worked. - There is a room safe, but the instructions are for an older model. - The bathroom was beautiful and well lit, but there is no shower curtain and... Great location in Monte, came by car and was lucky enough to get a parking place right outside at a cost of €8 for 24 hours. We had booked 2 rooms and both rooms were excellent, they were recently refurbished, good air conditioning (needed when you visit Rome in July)and quiet. We were on the high floors, one at the... Traveled to Rome with a group tour and this was the hotel we had to stay at. The hotel location was excellent. The rooms and decorations were fine for a hotel in an old city. The problem was there was NO AIR CONDITIONING in my room and other people in the groups rooms as well. I know air conditioning in... More

Nice modern hotel one and half block from Coliseum! Plus many old ancient ruins. Across street is supermarket Elite, which when in other city and country I like to visit local market for food and beverages to stock my fridge. Near a great section of night life bars and restaurants. Good choice

My visit started badly - after requesting a room "on a high floor and facing the back" 3 months in advance, I was given a room on the lowest floor facing the front ! No amount of arguing on arrival had any effect - the reception staff were unhelpful and surly. The street side is very noisy all night, the... More

Nice hotel, room was OK, nothing special. A handy tip though; go to one of the nearby mini-marts and buy a pack of 24 waters and store them in the hotel room fridge. It works out a lot cheaper than the cost of the hotel bottles plus, when it's hot, it's handy to take several bottles out with you otherwise... More
