The best thing about this hotel are: A wonderful location and a great breakfast! The hotel is good, the rooms are quite small though, but, to have the colosseum right before your window in your first night in Roma is quite unforgettable. Bathrooms were new and fine!

What an amazing location! Just a 2 minute walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatino and close to many restaurants and cafes, the hotel is perfectly situated with the trams running outside the doors and the nearest Metro stop at the Colosseum. The hotel room was very nice and included free bottles of water (both still and sparkling), tea... More

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in a double room. This hotel has a great location as it is right next to the Coloseum and other historic sites. Although it is a pricey hotel you get your moneys worth in terms of views, facilities and quality. The room itself was lovely - very modern and clean which is... More

We usually stay in Accor hotels because of the loyalty program and this one rates high among those we have stayed in. The room was large with two rooms (sitting room & bedroom) and a separate shower and toilet. Looks like not all floors have windows but we did which is nicer. We discovered the free bottles of water on... More

A group of us stayed here for my 21st birthday, age range 18-54! It was perfect, location is so good, just a mintue walk from pretty much everywhere! There are some lovely little bars and cafes near-by. The receptionist recommeneded a little resturent round the corner, which did not disappoint. Rooms are modern and clean. Bed was so comfy, had... I have stayed several times in this hotel, mostly for business trips, it is one of few modern hotels in the beautiful center of Rome, it is centered between two metro stations (one in Linea A and other in Linea B), which makes it a convenient stay for those who want to use two lines without the need to switch... This hotel was quite a pleasant surprise - it had a decent rate (via travel agency) for the conditions it offers: big enough rooms, breakfast with a good variety of options and it takes a 3 minute walk to reach the Colosseum...and if you enjoy walking, you can visit all Rome attractions by foot. The personnel in the restaurant is... More

Given the location, I anticipated a typical, touristy hotel as Rome was definitely that. Instead of being glossy on the surface but lacking in service and comfort, I was pleasantly surprised. Pros. - Despite the location next to the Coliseum, it felt off the beaten trail, i.e. much calmer than would be expected. - It was very clean and well-maintained... More

if you are sightseeing in rome then this hotel is spot on. first off as mentioned previously the rooms are on the small side ( thats the only down point.) the service is great and the rooms are clean. the location of this hotel near to the metro make it easy to visit the sights early (before it gets too... Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
