Everything is clean, the breakfast is nice and some rooms has windows with a nice view to the Colosseum. It is next to a LGBT street, the local cafe stays open late, but this place is quite peaceful. Whilst in the best possible location for the Colosseum, and having a modern exterior, attractive lobby and roof/pool areas, and great staff who couldn't be more helpful, this hotel is dreadfully let down by its tatty corridors and old rooms.
