Yesterday i come back from a trip in Rome, where i went with 2 friends. We stayed at Borromeo Hotel in Rome. Was a very nice hotel, with big beds for us. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the Termini train station, metro (Cavour), from you can go everywhere you want. In front you can find a pub... More

This is in a very good location, few min.s walk from Termini,Ancient City attractions and surrounded with lot of shops/bars/restaurants etc. The staffs were really helpful and polite and welcoming. We had to start our day early because of excursions booked and for that we got their flexibility in breakfast timing. Overall very good and recommended. Thanks.

My partner and I booked this hotel through Expedia. After a very scary taxi ride from the airport to the hotel (italian drivers), we were eager to put our bags in and have a lay down in our room before going out and exploring. We were not disappointed. The entrance is lovely and welcoming. The staff member on reception told... More

Well the other reviews looked dissapointing but I booked a room for cheap one night as the location was good for what I needed. Have to say that the staff were amazing, couldn't have been more helpful with lots of advice and information, help with drinks and organising an early departure and wake up call. The location is amazing close... More

I could write a very lengthy post about this hotel but they're not worth my time. All I will say is make sure you book a reservation with Free cancellation if you book here. The management will not refund you even when there is extenuating circumstances like there were in my case. The letter I received from their management was... More

Dear Guest, I could answer with a very lenghty reply to your review but I will only point out the truth, that you did not say. You made a NON REFUNDABLE reservation with a clear policy that do not permit any change or cancellation without penalty. You made the reservation, you had the cheapest rate available, you accepted the policy.... More

The hotel is very close to Termini train station which is just 8mins walking distance. Also central to many top places in Rome. The Hotel Staff are very helpful and nice (especially the one with long hair). The rooms are very small and clean. Breakfast was very basic which includes cereals, various types of bread, bacon, scrambled eggs, salami and... More

I stayed at the Borromeo Hotel for 14 nights in mid- November. I had to change rooms twice (2x) due to bites from bed bugs! The first room was 201,on first appearance it was small and dark, upon closer inspection it was very unkempt. Ceiling over bed discolored by what was obviously water damage, a chair with tattered and torn... More

We stayed here because I mis-booked my hotels and missed one night at the front end of what would be a 5 night stay in Rome. We stayed at the Hotel Aeana Superior Inn for the next 4 nights which was a short walk away and a lot roomier. I've a separate review for that so please look out for... More

I stayed from 10/18 to 10/28, in a single bed room. The hotel is very clean and is within walking distance to all the attractions. Alessandro and other staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
