We stayed there for 2 nights last July. The locations is truly amazing, you can get everywhere in the Old City buy walk, most of the Florence attractions are within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff is very warm and welcoming, always trying to follow your requests. The premises are clean, kept in the good condition. Very god air-conditioning, which... More

It is unsuspecting as a hotel because there is only a flag hanging out front to identify it front the rest of the establishments. It's not fancy from the outside. We spent 4 nights at Gambrinus beginning June 25th, 2014 for our first time in Rome. We came in from the airport and had a shuttle drop us off. I... More

Good hotel. V. good service by staff. Davide one of the guys on reception was very helpful. Location is within 10-15min walk of termini station and 5 minutes of a couple of other metro stations. Rooms are bit on the small side but perfectly functional

Great rooms - good size, clean Great staff - friendly and helpful Great breakfast - big breakfast, prepared well, lots of variety. All around great hotel and cheaper than any other place we could find. Davide at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Gave us some great tips on how to get around.

We spent 7 nights at Gambrinus (22-29 June 2014) in two rooms (405 & 406) top floor corner street side. No problem with noise, water temperature and pressure. AC in one room was weak but sufficient and in room two worked very well. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The staff at front desk were very helpful, they made... More

Thank you for the wonderful service and attention my wife and I received on our 4 day stay at your hotel. I would like to especially thank Davide for dedicating himself in finding our way around when we needed a good restaurant and specific stores. You have made our stay memorable. Mr. & Mrs D. Leone

We arrived on a very hot Sunday afternoon. Our agents had booked us into an economy room and after reviewing the hotels web site an upgrade to a superior room was so reasonable (7 euros a night) we decided to upgrade and discussed this with Roberta who checked us in, using the web site prices as a guide. We agreed... More
