We stayed at this hotel last week as part of a Globus tour group and almost to a person, there were complaints about this hotel. Never in my life have I received such rude and frosty treatment from front desk staff!! The rudeness extended to the dining room staff as well. There is no information whatsoever about this hotel in... More

I visited this AtaHotel on a business trip/holiday, and as a business destination, I couldn't fault it. Unfortunately, I wouldn't want to stay here as a holiday destination. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are clean, the restaurant is nice, the pool and spa are excellent, but it just had the feel that everything was about 10 years out of... More

Came in with a group, a lot of groups seem to be in residence here. Staff helpful and polite, all appear to speak English. Breakfast typical although more american themed, big pool and clay court tennis. Didn't get to use either facility, I think you'd need transportation if staying here. total facility could use a bit of a fix up,... More

I am giving you an honest opinion of this hotel. This hotel is more like a 2-3 star hotel. I was shocked because having read some of the comments here prior to our trip, I felt comfortable booking this hotel. Although we had a great trip to Rome is was slightly let down because of this hotel. If you are... More

Just back from a short family trip to Rome that we visit regularly. It was our first time at Atahotel and we will get back there in the summer! The large pool is really a plus after walking around the city, the nearby park is perfect for a morning run, evening walks. I would recommend to rent a car as... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We thought the reception staff at the Hotel Fontabella in Assisi was the worst but Alessandro at the Villa Pamphili Hotel won the prize. Overall not a bad hotel if only the staff had been friendlier. All reception staff should be sent to charm school. Exception was the spa staff and some... More

Rather small rooms with poor lighting. Rooms are outdated and need renovating. Public areas are in better shape, but updating would make the hotel more attractive to guests. Staff was helpful when we asked for assistance. Breakfast buffet was very good. The pool is in great shape and the terraces provide a relaxing setting after a day of touring Rome.... More

Don't be put off by the distance from Rome central. The bus to the Vatican provides a good service and if you're up to a 15min walk, a tram will take you into the centre or other transport links. The pool is excellent and the staff are mostly polite (one evening male receptionist was a bit grumpy). The carpets in... More

But it isn't right now. The main problem; the staff (exceptions are the housekeeping staff and Francesco at the restaurant, the only waiter that seems to enjoy his work). So what needs to improve to make this work? Well, please remove the stage behind the reception desk. The staff at the reception desk is looking down on all costumers! That... More

This is one of my favourite place in Rome. It is a peaceful place in the very heart of Villa Pamphili among trees but close to main road and centre. I love Restaurant for breakfast, a la carte or events, atmosphere is soft and food delicious and fresh. Spa is quiet and very clean. Both pools are well kept and staff... More
