Although it was clear beforehand, it seemed more annoying than expected that the hotel is so far away from the center of Rome. Also the bar is not cosy at all, it's like sitting in a corridor ... and above all, drinks in thf bar are very expensive. The kids and I wanted to enjoy the wellness after a day... More

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. My husband and I stayed in a double room. It was a little smaller than expected but it worked for us. The roads getting to it seemed very tight but I did notice parking. There was a nice selection for breakfast. The major sights are not within walking distance which was a little... More

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for business. We had a meeting in the hotel. The hotel on it self is okay. A special remark on the beds: these were good! It is 4*, but it could use some new paint here and there. The facilities were okay. However, the disappointing part was the personnel. The hotel and... More

Having lived in Rome a few years ago and visited a few times since, I was disappointed that this hotel is not accessible on foot at all. One of the great pleasures of Rome is walking everywhere at a leisurely pace. To be clear - it is obvious from the map that the hotel is too far from the city... More

The room is nice and located fairly close to the Vatican. The balcony door was left unlocked. For those who did not lock it upon arrival, found things stolen in the morning. One couple's phones were stolen while they were asleep. All of their photos were on the phones from the trip. The sentimental value was irreplaceable. Another family left... More

What a great hotel, super location with free parking, then a choice of shuttle into town or just a 15 euro taxi to the town centre. 70odd pound a night including breakfast made it great value for Rome, which seems to get more expensive each visit. Lovely room but the only issue was you can hear the corridor activity and... More

This hotel was part of the package that we had purchased. No great expectations when "everything" is included. But to our great surprise the hotel was a gem!!! Nothing like the reviews that I had read prior to departure from the USA. The mattresses were amazing!!! A buffet meal was provided for dinner the first night and also on both... More

This was a 50th birthday girls trip and this hotel was definitely an extra gift! Everything including the room, the view, cleanliness of the hotel, restaurant, and the staff was excellent! My friends and I are already talking about returning for the next big "birthday". We were treated so well and all fell in love with Stefano the bartender. He... More

We ended our tour at the wonderful hotel. This was our 6th hotel on this tour and it lived up to my expectations. The room was the largest and best airconditioned of them all. I wish the other hotels would follow this example. The breakfast buffet was excellent food with very good service. Our only complaint was the surly, dismissive... More
