This place is fantastic, a very warm welcome from Giorgio with loads of info on sights, transport and restaurants. The rooms are modern and spotless and breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful. “My best stay ever in italy!”

Very nice rooms, good quality beds, charming and helpful owner, nice terrace, very very clean (room service every day), well located (city centre reachable in 15min)! I was positive surprised and can highly recommend for a stay in rome!

By far the best Bed n Breakfast I've stayed in. It must be new or they maintain it really well. The decor is amazing! We recently stayed at St John's Terrace for 4 nights. Excellent accomodations and good location. Marco and Felicia made us feel at home and went out of their way to accomodate us as we were traveling qith a baby. We will be staying there again for sure.
