We stayed at this little B&B and we were welcome like part of their family. The place is absollutly spotless and rooms are very big. You can see they have spent sone money on it. Breakfast was basic but good as they are not allowed to cook hot food. It is a bit away from city center but has many... More

Giorgio made us feel welcome from the very first email. He offered to arrange us a taxi from the airport. Check-in was carried out along with a cup of espresso. It was our first time in Rome and we had not done any planning beforehand, so Giorgio gave us recommendations on where to go and tips what to do and... More

I agree with Maryanne P, St John's is a little gem and highly recommended. Lovely place, lovely people, comfortable, clean rooms and a terrace for breakfast! Marco had sent lots of information prior to arrival and Giorgio was very helpful during our stay. Great service.

I had booked the appartment St. Johns Terrace reading about its review from Booking.com and the appartment met our expectations. I had also wanted proximity to the Colosseum. Upon, arrival we were warmly greeted by Marco who had prepared a map for us with relevant landmarks post knowing our interests. He spent time with us to understand what we will... More

St. John's terrace hotel is a little gem in Rome. This was the first stop on our honeymoon touring Italy. Giorgio and the staff were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much. This made our stay a very memorable one. Giorgio had a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room on the first night when we got back from... More

We are just finishing our stay in this wonderful guesthouse and have had such a fantastic stay that we felt that we should share our experience on here! Firstly, as soon as we made our reservation through a third party website we received a welcoming email from Marco, the guesthouse owner detailing details such as maps, guides, and how to... More

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay in Rome. Giorgio was a superlative host, looked after our every need and supplied us with incredibly useful information regarding maps, restaurants, places for lunch, sightseeing, safety and transport that helped us get everything and more out of our holiday. Every morning we were supplied with a fantastic selection of pastries and... More

Wow, we really loved this place. My husband and I and our six-year-old son stayed four nights here recently, and found it to be not only centrally located (nice neighbourhood, right near a metro stop, right near the Basilica of St. John Lateran (San Giovanni in Laterano), but also a nice room and a lovely terrace for breakfast. Giorgio was... More

I ended up staying here purely because it was near where my friends were staying. Turned out the other reviews were spot on, an excellent small BnB run by a very friendly, welcoming team and a far better choice than similarly priced hotels. It looks like it's a conversion from a large residential apartment to near boutique hotel quality rooms.... More
