We booked the 4 beds-rooms. It was spacious and clean. There were some baht product And breakfast-staff in the room. No breakfast room available. Pretty dark flat and reception just available by arrival. Distance from metro 800 m; bus stops closer.a lot of small restaurants and bars very closed. Press-Quality relation good.

+ 5mins walk from metrostation Lepanto and 5-10mins walk from metrostation Ottaviano. + Great cafeteria downstairs next to entrance (this is a guesthouse so it doesn't offer any breakfast!) which servers for example great paistries, fresh-squeezed orangejuice, coffees, pizzas..... + Many great restaurants nearby. + For those who like shopping there's also many shops nearby. + The area felt really... We enjoyed our stay at Attilio Regolo. The receptionist was very helpful, telling us where to eat and even the specialty dishes of each restaurant. All her recommendations were excellent. The room was simple but comfortable in an excellent location. The price was very economical, for Rome. We walked everywhere. The neighbourhood was nice and felt safe.

The best features of this hotel are the location and service. The staff was always kind and helpful, and they also supplied an extra bed with no charges, which we needed but forgot to ask. There are no affordable hotels near Piazza Navona or the Pantheon, which would be central to the main attractions, but this hotel is very close... More

Very good value for money for a room in the heart of Rome. Very nice location in the heart of Vatican City and very close to city centre. The rooms are quite comfortable, clean and convienient. Its location is the best for shopping.

I've been in Rome for 4 nights and this guest house was great. It is located very close to the Lepanto Metro and close to the vatican area. The area is beautiful and quite safe. At midnight people are still around. There are good restaurants in that area too. Guest house was very clean and spacious. During my stay i... More

Affordable and great location. We felt very safe here. The wifi was great, and the air conditioning was lovely after a long, hot day in Rome. Fabrizio was also very nice and helpful- he gave us several restaurant recommendations and they were great. Would definitely stay here again!

Very affordable and good location in Rome. Great and extremely useful staff. No complaints at all. The rooms were clean and modern. Lots of restuarants and shopping nearby. Also the metro is a short walk. Its easy to go basically anywhere in the city by taxi for only10 euros.

Pros: Very good location and great staff. Value for money - big room with hard wood floor. Big comfortable bed with clean sheets. Clean Towels etc. Comfortable shower and even a bidet. Some small cons: Not much availability at the reception (need to call first on demand) - When we did call in advance they were very responsive and cooperative.... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
