Great hotel in a good location! Stayed here for five nights in August and loved everything about it (except the breakfast), the staff were friendly and very helpful, rooms were so gorgeous and very clean. The hotel is situated not far from Trevi Fountain and approx 15 mins (driving) from Vatican City, it was easy to walk to everywhere and... More

We stayed at the hotel as family for four nights on August 2015.The hotel was a quarter by foot away from the interesting sights of Rome. The breakfast was very simple just average. The stuff was not as polite as is needed. They did not care the complaint we made. One of our rooms had mould. The cleanliness was nice.

The wi-Fi was horrible. The shower ran really hot and really cold every few minutes. The staff was nice. Breakfast was just Okay, I didn't like the eggs or the almost raw bacon. On the plus side, it is in a nice quiet area of town-there were many good restaurants in the area and I always felt safe.

We started our Italian trip in Rome at this hotel. Our flight from the states got in at 7:45 am and we were at the hotel before 9 am. Unfortunately, we could not check in until noon (it's usually 2 pm). There was not much of a lobby to wait in. The hotel is small and the wi-fi is spotty... More

We were part of a tour group at this hotel. Rooms are small, a given in Europe, but bathrooms are tiny. It was like doing an intimate dance to get ready in the morning. Rooms were clean, beds extremely hard. I woke up daily with a sore back. You will hear every noise from the rooms beside and above you.... More

Nice hotel, very clean. Friendly staff, receptionist was very helpful when our transport to the airport didn't arrive. A bit of a walk to Rome centre ( about 30 mins - slow walk due to the heat, it was 36 degrees when we were there) Breakfast let this hotel down a bit but not enough for me to discourage people... I loved this hotel, had no problems, great rooms and I loved the décor. The breakfast was as expected in Italy but still good. The hotel is close to the Spanish steps area - there is no need for the metro into the sights, its around a 10-20 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. It is in a... More

The hotel was beyond expectations in all areas. The rooms were very well decorated and exactly the style we wanted when visiting Rome. The hotel was immaculate throughout with extremely friendly and helpful staff, available at all hours

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
