The best thing about this hotel is the location, a few steps from Termini and subway. On Termini there is also a shopping center with fast foods places and a supermarket. Street near Gioberti may be a bit "sketchy" but it is safe and very well located for tourist. The hotel interior is always spotless and rooms are well maintained. The best thing about the Hotel Gioberti is its location. We took the airport train to the Roma Termini across the street and were checked-in within 10 minutes of arriving in Rome. Proximity to the Termini Station is the only positive. The locality is dirty/seedy, you are constantly harassed by beggars and there seem to be many poor immigrants of African origin wandering around.
