Great hotel and location beside termini station. Stayed 3 nights. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice and clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds which is what i look for in a holiday. Lots of restaurants and takeaways around and near places of interest.

Good hotel, offer 24hr reception which is great for late arriving flights. Breakfast however begins late- long before day trips have been picked up. Luckily there is a take away store outside. Lots of aussies and americans staying here.. Rooms were clean and bathroom nice. Ok for overnight stay.

We were staying for one night before and one night after a cruise, and we chose this hotel for its location close to Termini Station. This worked out very well for us - we took the bus from the airport to Termini, and it stopped half a block from the hotel. Very good location for maximizing our sightseeing time in... More

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are fairly big for Europe, breakfast is great. They will even make you a fresh espresso if you ask. Wifi was free when we arrived, but after 2 days they changed their policy and now everybody pays after 30 minutes. Irritating that the policy was applied in the middle of our stay.

Stayed here x3 nights in July. Hotel in great location for transport links into city and further afield. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and courteous and helpful staff, together with air conditioned and surprisingly quiet room, given proximity to the station.

We were there with my wife in May 2015, and all I can remember is that hotel is located in a very good position, next to Termini station and 15 min away from Colosseum on foot. Obviously, since the biggest train station in Rome next to hotel, you will see lots of people around, traffic, homeless etc. in short words... More

Centrally located! Well groomed, great, friendly concierge willing to help! The buffet breakfast was outstanding, hot and cold breakfast options and meats, pastries, coffee, fruit and muesli! Central location great for hop on, hop off bus tour and 20 minute walk to colleseum!

If you need to be close to the train, then it's tough to get much closer. Every time I walked out of the hotel, I thought "I'm in an episode of CSI: Rome." Street vendors, prostitutes and trash everywhere. The staff was very helpful; the beds are like rocks; plenty of hot water. I had one of the larger rooms,... More

We stayed here because it was part of the package we bought for travel throughout Italy. It is only about 3 minutes from the train station so a great location. Breakfast was included and it was really good with great service staff. Also note that the front desk staff were also very helpful. Rooms are tiny, old and worn and... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
