First off, let me say that you need to have proper expectations when traveling abroad (from US). Do not expect US amenities, do your research...it'll make your trip more enjoyable. We really enjoyed this place, it's very basic, but nice. The room was clean, and had no foul smell as some reviewers had mentioned previously. Room was stocked with coffee... More

This place is excellent value for money, and the location is perfect. The room is clean and comfortable, with everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, and most sights are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience in Rome.

The rooms are newly renovated, neatly arranged and clean. In the room there is a minibar with water and juice that gets refilled every day and also coffee & tee with some snacks. Surrounding the guest house there are many coffee shops and restaurants with great atmosphere. The WiFi is mostly good. There was a few QoS hiccups but just... More

For our first visit to Rome, we wanted to stay somewhere close to the action - and this little inn located on an ancient street behind Piazza Navona turned out to be just right. From here we had an easy walk to such sites as the Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps - and even the Vatican. Americans should note... More

If you are traveling with a car, this place is not good at all for that. Nearest garage is 10 min walk which is not great specially if you have to carry your bags. The location is good, room smells because it's old building. Also noisy as its in the first floor, and noise from the street is a bit... More

We were very impressed with this hotel. It is in a great location, within easy walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and has a great feel -- lots of picturesque little streets with shops, market stalls, restaurants and ice creameries. So lots of activity both tourist and local. Our room was small but perfect with comfortable beds and... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
