we stayed just one night to catch the train to Florence the next morning. The room's clean we don't mind the fact that it's small at all. There's free wi-fi and warm water. It's a small and quiet place. The manager's really nice. The next morning we left early so we just dropped the key in the room. It's very... More

A little bit hard to find, but above a nice cafe, opposite a good Pizza restaurant all used by locals. Very stange lift and access, may not be to everyones liking , but it was clean, very close to the station and not far from open topped buses etc.. Its a good clean basic B&B without the breakfast in your... More

If you're visiting Rome, the area of Roma Termini is my pick because of ease of transportation (Airport Express from FCO airport, the intersection of two metro lines A&B, long line and high speed trains if you're traveling throughout Italy or Europe) and for the money the best "budget" room is certainly the Imperial Deluxe. We paid 59 Euros through... More

The room we stayed in was lovely: very clean, complete with safe. There is no reception, it is just a room, which is what we expected. Very good value in a good location, just around the corner from the Termini station. Don't know why it is called a bed and breakfast, though, but we did not expect breakfast anyway. There... More

This place has good points and bad points. I'll start with the good ones. The room was small, but beautiful. The pictures on-line don't really do it justice. I don't think you would get a nicer room in Rome for the price. It had a very romantic feel to it, especially with the huge glass chandelier. The en suite bathroom... More

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Rome. The rooms are spacious and decorated to a high standard. This includes lcd tv, power shower, safe and double bed. The rooms are comfortable and have air con. They are situated near to the termini train station making it accessible and easy to travel the city. On the downside the website... More

Everything was very nice, and the room was perfect for a romantic trip. The private bathroom includes a nice jacuzzi (perfect for relax after a longlasting day walkin').. Moreover giant tv, frigobar, air conditioning, safetybox.. We couldn't ask for more.. I strongly recommend it expecially for couples, needs to relax in a romantic atmosphere.. The staff was really nice..

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
