Hotel receptionists were very rude, almost screaming on us, they forget to clean rooms every day, they do not help you anything, very dirty, very bad, you feel like you are in dormitory, extremely dark rooms, noisy, behind the hotel is hospital with giant air-conditions so you can not leave windows open during the night, you hear guests from another... I was in this hotel for 3 nights, and the only good thing I have to say is about the kindness of the recepcionits. All the other things were nasty. Positive: The rooms are pretty bigs, the people at the reception are kind and they will help you if you have a request or you need some advices to know the city. It is far from the city chaos, but is is good connected (15 minst to trastevere - 20 mins to Piazza Venezia) Negative: The rooms doesn't seem that... More

Clean and tidy hotel away from the madness of Rome centre. Easy access to the city via tram and close to some great cafes and restaurants. Reception request to leave key at reception when leaving for the day which is a little odd but the staff are very friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean for the price.

I have stayed Ponte Bianco for 3 days and I felt like I'm a Roman. The hotel is just 10m off the main street which ensures quietness and and very easy to access to main touristic site short ride via Tram. I especially liked the traditional decoration in the guestroom which gives me a feeling of staying in a Roman... More
