A lovely b&b, decorated with taste and very convenient, situated in the center of Rome, in the pleasant neighbourhood of Monti (full of restaurants, wine bars and nice shops) . Very close to the Colosseum and other sites, by feet. Moreover, Guido is a very nice host !

Our Roman holiday was enhanced by this lovely and comfortable B&B. Not only is it in an ideal location, the manager, Guido, was most helpful and accommodating. You don't even need to bring your guide books - they have them on hand. Unique experience.

3rd time at this b&b! me and my husband are chosing it over and over again for the same reasons: it's charming, cosy, super central and has a forthcoming, friendly owner. like the title says "home away from home", a real gem. what more could you wish for? and yes, we will return.

Our group of 7 rented the entire apartment for 2 nights. Nice layout and very authentic feel. Easy walk to Colosseum and other sights. Guido was very responsive, informative, and flexible regarding our arrival time.

I chose this place because of the proximity to Roma Termini and it turned to be a great find, nice typical Roman cobble stone street, I was hosted by Guido and he gave me a map and a crash summary of where to go and visit, I've been to Rome several times before but there is always something new to... This b&b is absolutely amazing! Right in the heart or Rione di Monti, only 5min away from Colloseum. Very nice room, with ensuite bathroom. The interior is really lovely, feels very authentic. The room was clean and everything was just perfect. We arrived from the airport earlier than expected so Guido was not there yet, however we gave him a... More

The place is elegant and a pleasure to stay here. Every detail is designed to make it a comfortable and special experience. We had a friendly, helpful welcome and a very enjoyable stay in a beautifully decorated environment in the heart of Rome. I highly recommend I Capocci to other travelers.

What a charming apartment! We arrived a little late (no taxis at the train station!) but Guido was waiting for us and gave us a quick tour of the space as well as a review of the sights. His English is perfect. We'd reserved a room with a private bath outside our bedroom, but didn't feel any lack of privacy.... More

My family and I stayed in Capocci for 9 days the apartment was outstanding. The apartment was walking distance to all the major tourist attractions and also close to a lot of great restaurants. Guido was very helpful getting us around Rome by telling us the best places to go and where the good restaurants are. The apartment itself was... More

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
