My wife and I planned a trip to Italy for our honeymoon. Our correspondance was with Chiara while we were planning the trip. She was always quick to respond and provided us with all of the information we needed to properly plan our stay in Rome. We ended up arriving late but Guido patiently waited for us and welcomed us... We had a wonderful time staying at this B&B. We didn't have a chance to meet Chiara, but Guido was a fabulous host, he took time to go over tourist sights and local restaurants with us. He was super helpful and was able to assist us with a situation for which we were very grateful. The room is quiet and... More

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Rome! This B&B was in a great location-- near the colosseum & close to some quiet restaurants (it's nice to not be in a very touristy area!) the rooms were very clean and comfortable & the bathroom was beautiful with the stone showers! We were thankful to have Guido to help us... More

Chaira was an amazing host and was incredibly understanding when our flight was delayed. I Capocci outdid our expectations! Our room and separate bathroom felt very private despite others staying at the bnb. There was access to the kitchen and our included breakfast at the hotel nearby was great. Location was great! Extremely close to metro and via Urbana which... More

Place was recommended by my friend. It was even nicer than expected. Extremely clean, full kitchen. Guido-the owner, met with us on the arrival, explained what to see, where to go. Location is the key in this case. We drove a car there, parked it in underground garage near by (a little pricey) and walked everywhere-5-10 mins walking distance to... More

his apartment exceeded all our expectations. The hosts were warm and welcoming and provided us with crucial information. The space was clean, well organized, and frankly quite elegant (it felt a bit like we were staying in a luxury hotel). The location was excellent. This is a real neighborhood--in the heart of Rome. You can go out to the plaza... More

My family stayed at the beautiful apartment at Via Dei Capocci in June. Guido, the owner of the apartment, was very helpful, making our trip to Rome a highlight of our trip to Italy. The apartment was outstanding. The architecture, artwork, furnishings, everything was amazing. The apartment was spotless, his special touches of the candy, water in the bedrooms, and... More

B&B I Capocci is situated in a very cosy & typical Italian district where you encounter a lot of locals. The atmosphere over there is great (nice restaurants as well) and it is the perfect place on walking distance to lots of attractions. Guido gave us a very warm welcome and pointed all the must-see's on the map. The B&B... More

Stay there for 3 nights. It's an excellent choice! We had the biggest room at ground floor. Room is spacious & looks exactly like the photo. Owner is very helpful, prompt in replying my emails before arrival. He guides us how to walk around rome, recommends few good restaurants just few steps from the B&B. Also, very near to metro.... We have just returned from a 6 day stay at Via Capocci. We loved the apartment and its great location. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 children so had the full use of the B&B. The rooms were clean and charming; bathrooms also clean with plentiful hot water for the 6 of us. Breakfast was served just... More
