...a charming residence, great location, and impeccably clean. We rented the entire place for our whole family. Working with Guido was a breeze. He was prompt with responses and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here while in Rome!

We rented the whole house for our party of four and we were more than thrilled with the place. It was immaculately clean and although it had a very pleasant old feel (ancient pipes decoratively adjutting from some walls), everything felt fresh and meticulously maintained. There was a faucet strangely located close to the top of the staircase (going to... More

I will not repeat what Patrick J and Peter S have recently said. We endorse all that they say. This was a wonderful place to stay in Roma and should we return ( which was made problematic by a covered in scaffolding non-fountaining Trevi Fountain) we would stay here again. On our first morning here we walked out the front... More

dear Richard, thanks a lot for your nice review. You have described very accurately the essence of our offer. No other guest captured it so well, to the point I will use your words in my listing! We like to share the best possible hospitality in a genuine Roman context. We hope that you will remember the experience and that... More

Guido was a great host. He welcomed us warmly and sat with us for some time to give us an overview of Rome and all the important sites to see. He also pointed out less well known sites such as Basilica di San Clemente, which I found to be one of the most remarkable. The room was comfortable and pleasant.... More

Most of the sights you'll want to see are walkable from here. The surrounding area has abundant great restaurants and cafes so after exploring for the day and after a brief rest you will find endless options steps away to wine, dine and stroll the evenings away. Very comfortable rooms and common area including basic kitchen for storing your own snacks... More

Another great stay. My second time at ICapocci for good reasons: central (walking distance to anything; strolling the small streets of the old center of Rome is the way to spend your time), lovely b&b (rooms, facilities), friendly and helpful owner. Will definitely return.

We had a most enjoyable eight day stay at Chiara's B&B. Her father, Guido, could not have been more helpful in explaining to us how to get to the various sights we wished to see in Rome. The B&B is spotless and has every amenity. The breakfast arrangement is spectacular. Most important, however, is its location. The three minute walk... More

The location is in a quaint neighborhood. Full of places to dine, shop and sight see! It is beautiful. Close to the train station (not so much for this 50+ traveler - we took a taxi for 9 Euro)---a younger person could easily walk to this location. Guido explained the house rules, had maps available for us and made suggestions... More

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6 adults traveling through Italy. The host Guido was very gracious in getting us established upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and the accommodation was lovely. Be aware that 1 bedroom is upstairs and 2 are downstairs. The kitchen is also downstairs. This is not uncommon at all in Rome- it's simply... More

B&B I Capocci was an amazing apartment. We loved the arrangement of rooms, the beauty, comfort of the apartment and location. Service is beyond words! Our stay included a wonderful breakfast at the Hotel Ivanhoe around the corner. Do not pass this apartment up.

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
