Great location, you can reach all attractive places by feet. Nice, romantic and rustick atmosphere. Very helpful Guido. Great breakfasts just round the corner in a fancy café (with the best chocolate croissants of my life). BTW mid April seems to be the perfect time for visit of Rome, pleasant temperatures, like mild summer.

B&B I Capocci is everything you need for an amazing stay in Rome. Its location is more than perfect as of several reasons- its just one metro stop from termini- great because of airport transfer, then its on a walking distance from Coloseo and the perfect city tour start and last, but not the least the neighborhood is not the... We were so fortunate to have found this huge apartment. We were three couples (family) travelling together and it was wonderful to be able to plan our day around the kitchen table. The area was perfect for us, within close walking distance of the Colisseum, Roman Forum and right in the middle of Rione Monti, a treasure trove of great... More

Easy to find, Guido was helpful from the start in terms of what to see in Rome, Rooms are very well designed and excellent for long or short trips...all in all a great place.... If i had anything bad to say then I would just say that it is a bed and breakfast in a renovated house with neighbours, water... More

Apartment is well located, charming, and of the three rooms most comfortable it is right away opposite the entrance door, and the lower two are quite less, especially tight bathrooms and I recommend that the apartment rented in its entirety, with no other guests. During the stay, we had a problem with the slight pressure of water and the arrival... More

Dear Martina Thanks for your feedback. It is very useful to get input from a vast variety of people and therefore have a chance to satisfy even the sometime conflicting expectations. I am glad to provide some perspective to your comments: We rent individual rooms as well as whole apartment. In case guests are willing to rent all 3 rooms,... More

...a charming residence, great location, and impeccably clean. We rented the entire place for our whole family. Working with Guido was a breeze. He was prompt with responses and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here while in Rome!

We rented the whole house for our party of four and we were more than thrilled with the place. It was immaculately clean and although it had a very pleasant old feel (ancient pipes decoratively adjutting from some walls), everything felt fresh and meticulously maintained. There was a faucet strangely located close to the top of the staircase (going to... More

I will not repeat what Patrick J and Peter S have recently said. We endorse all that they say. This was a wonderful place to stay in Roma and should we return ( which was made problematic by a covered in scaffolding non-fountaining Trevi Fountain) we would stay here again. On our first morning here we walked out the front... More

dear Richard, thanks a lot for your nice review. You have described very accurately the essence of our offer. No other guest captured it so well, to the point I will use your words in my listing! We like to share the best possible hospitality in a genuine Roman context. We hope that you will remember the experience and that... More

Guido was a great host. He welcomed us warmly and sat with us for some time to give us an overview of Rome and all the important sites to see. He also pointed out less well known sites such as Basilica di San Clemente, which I found to be one of the most remarkable. The room was comfortable and pleasant.... More

Most of the sights you'll want to see are walkable from here. The surrounding area has abundant great restaurants and cafes so after exploring for the day and after a brief rest you will find endless options steps away to wine, dine and stroll the evenings away. Very comfortable rooms and common area including basic kitchen for storing your own snacks... More

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
