I'd only recommend this place If you want to pay a lot for an unpleasant stay. I called the hotel in advance to let them know that I will arrive late, at 1am but it was only when I arrived at the hotel did the hotel manager mentioned late check in fee which turned out to be 10 euros per... More

We came to Rome for our honeymoon. This hotel is very hard to find we was walking around for hour and half trying to find casa di eddy. But from stopping in hotels we didn't know casa means someone apartment \ house so we was expecting a big sign but a hotel owner rang the number that we had off... More

Rooms comfortable and neat. Very near the train station and busses. Making use of public transport is very easy from here. It is difficult for the first time to locate the hotel. Very nice restaurants walking distance.

We stayed 3 nights at this B&B. So glad we found it! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were clean, beautiful and well appointed. The staff was helpful and the location was great as it was a short walk from Termini Station. The breakfast was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Casa di eddy is very near the train station Termini which is the ideal place to explore the city from. Both metro lines, the trams and the busses can be reached at the station. The receptionist was very helpfull. He arranged a taxi, restaurant reservation and showed us where we could find the best spots in the city. The breakfast... More

I absolutly recomend hotel Casa di Eddy. Hotel is realy near by station Termini in clean street and near by historical centrum. We walked from hotel everywhere (not to Vatican). This little b&b could not be more perfect for exploring Rome! Make sure you have the house number and street name when you first arrive, because it's a plain door at street level. Once you're inside though, the whole place is beautifully decorated and all of the staff are really friendly. Our room, number 41, was far larger than expected... More

This is a true jewel in between the BnBs in Roma. I was so excited I sent there my boss as well and he was stunned. Great service from Mr. Naveen, you'll get short briefeing with map, some hints and tips for restaurants and also for entertaiment. We didn't had breakfasts, but since this year they have it again. And... More

we were welcomed by Eddy and Joseph, tucked away in this lovely building. The room was very comfortable and clean, oh so comfy....we had a private bathroom that was just outside our room...still only ours to use but outside our room door...that would be the only thing I would choose differently...just for convenience as this would not bother everyone, it... Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
