My now-husband and I visited in September 2013 and the hotel room was much larger than we had anticipated! We really didn't even need all the space as we were out for the entire day, but we enjoyed coming back to luxury and we felt safe and comfortable here. The large shower and bathroom were very nice. The decorations and... More

Rooms are huge by European standards. Very modern. Great bed. Huge bathroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to metro. Great staff. Good breakfast if a bit pricey. All around an excellent boutique hotel.

We booked the hotel 9 months in advance through the hotel website. Then the overbooking complaints made us nervous, so we followed up 5 months, then again at 3 months and one week before our visit with emails and Marco always responded quickly and professionally, assuring us that our room would be available for our entire 6 night stay. Still,... More

We booked over 6 months ago, unfortunately I didn't see the reviews until after we booked. But in order to make sure we didn't have any issues with the reservation, I received assurance through our booking site via email, additionally i also emailed the hotel multiple times 4 weeks before arrival (no response), and called the hotel weekly for 3... Upon arrival, was greeted by staff who took our luggage straight to our rooms. - However, staff lingered around for about a minute staring at us to which i then realized was for a tip. A little pushy if you ask me The receptionist was very helpful providing us with booklets of the great attractions of Rome. Mini fridge stacked... More

We should have believed all the bad reviews stating that the the hotel is constantly overbooked. Upon arrival, we were told that their booking system is not working properly and that our room was not available. We had to spend our first night at a shabby hotel around the corner. We were not the only guests that night who had... More

In all the circumstance I related with the hotel staff the answer was unprofessional. His guys do not have what "Luxury" means. Please go to a Good training for a couple of years and then go back to work in what you call "Luxury". The view from the room is terrible!

As soon as we entered the lobby, there was a problem. Since we had spent 4h in a bus from the coast, we did not think straight and call hotels.com. We had paid in full some months prior but clearly this means nothing. They had simply sold our room to someone else and told us we would be relocated. The... More
