We just checked out of this hotel today. I believe it's a nice B&B, but I did have better expectations. Arrival: we were warmly welcomed at the venue. Unfortunately we were traveling in a family of 5 adults with 5 big bags and 3 carry on luggage; this is a real challenge as the lift just barely fits 2 people... More

Great modern, kind of futuristic rooms with different themes in an old historical building in the center of everything you need to see in Rome. We had Zen room, made in Japanese style with modern technologies. It's a small hotel, I belive one floor and only a few rooms, makes it special. Minutes away from Venice Piazza and Colosseum.

The room was large enough, quiet, clean and looked fresh. The toilet and the shower were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. The main feature of the room was the bed. It had a built-in LED lighting around the frame with multiple lighting modes which could be controlled with a remote. It could make it very exciting when not alone... More

We picked this based on the great location to the Spanish steps - and the fact that we didn't want to pay 500E a night (seemed to be the going rate in the area.) I was reminded that "you get what you pay for". In fact - I am starting to lose my faith in Trip Advisor! This was given... More

Rome was a last stop on our month long honeymoon. Slightly disappointed in the room size (in particular given size of other room) but overall good experience. Staff are lovely and very friendly. No issues with safety and location is a definite advantage.

The staff at the irooms were amazing very friendly and extremely helpful (nanu). We stayed in the izen room for 4 nights as part of our tour of italy and I booked the romantic package as a surprise and it was brilliant the room could not have been any better for our arrival. As in previous reviews this is not... More

Firstly, this is NOT a hotel. It's more like hybrid of a bed and breakfast/hostel. The location is wonderful, staff is not present at all times, but when they are are there, they are very nice! Upon arrival, you have to buzz in to get upstairs, the stairs are dark and the building is a residential building. Then you go... More

Single room with all the necessities. Staff only onsite from 8am to 8pm. Bed was cavernous so beware if you have a bad back. Good room for the price and location. Its just above a basic room, but only needed for the night.

DISTRESSING AFTER 24 hr flight. Upon arrival with a booking I was told there was no room available!!! DONT STAY HERE. shocking behaviour. The manager tried to get rid off me at another hotel the group owned but I was a single traveller and did not want to stay so far away

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
