This place could not be better, and it was the perfect location for us to end our 5 week trip. Gianluca and Adrian could not have been more helpful or accommodating, on arrival they went through all the places we should visit with so much detail and also recommended places for us to eat and drink. The room itself was... More

This place is awesome! We had the best time in Rome and it was all thanks to Gianluca! He is the best! He went out of his way to accommodate us, told us the best places to eat, where to have gelato, great wine bars, how to skip the long lines and places to go and even how to get... More

Just home from a few days stay in the Coliseum rooms and absolutely loved it. The manager Gianluca could not have been more helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. He gave us tips on where to go and things to do, all of which we loved. I have never been anywhere where we have been made to... More

My and my boyfriend stayed here during our trip through Europe and it was defiantly one of the best places we stayed. When we got to Coliseum rooms Gianluca sat us down and showed us all the best places to go in the city and even some hidden gems. It was great to get a locals perspective of Rome before... More

The single room was a reasonable size and the double glazing masked the street noise effectively. Not a bad choice in terms of the cleanliness and overall decor and price though it's further from the centre than I'd opt for on future visits.

Firstly, thank you for your review, we always respect our guests opinions and appreciate any recommendation to improve our service to guests. As you mentioned, you mistakenly booked the room assuming private bathroom was included. Even though room facilities and furniture are clearly visible on all website marketing. For this reason, you cancelled the reservation on the second day. We... More

I really do recommend this place, I have spent there 3 nights. It is not very high level, but what do you expect from such a low price? Everything is very clean, rooms are very comfortable with a modern furniture. I had very big room designed for 3/4 persons, but I was there just with a 2 persons. Owner is... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Here is a brand new Rome B&B with great success!!!!!!There are only 4 bedrooms in the B&B, which share two large bathrooms. All rooms are private, very spacious, bright and clean. The B&B has been recently renovated, revamping the interior design of each room to a modern style. The location is amazing!!! It's just an easy 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and the city centre. The closest subway station is not even 1 block away and there are many local buses heading downtown. The main train station Termini is just two stops away (10 minutes walking). The neighborhood itself is nice and safe, there are loads of good restaurants, supermarkets, Italian deli shops and laundries. You'll have everything you need to feel local and at home. The staff speak english, french and spanish fluently and they'll show you the best places to go and eat while in Rome. Included in the price is wi-fi internet, clean towels and the typical italian breakfast at the cafè nearby. Why choose my B&B? Because it's nice, quiet but centrally located. It suits all types of travellers; whether you're a lone backpacker, a couple or a group of friends. It will exceed all your highest expectations! The staff are friendly and passionate about their city and will put the time in to make your experience in Rome one never to forget!I look forward to seeing you soon in Rome!Gianluca Fragassi ... more   less
