Well, the rooms are nice, bathrooms ok even if always wet since windows too small.
But then the b&b is too far from Roma center if you want to visit everything by walk. 15 min from coliseum, and 45min to the center.
So you have to add 20€ by day for taxi or 6€ by day for 2 by metro....
