It was a very nice hotel. Small and sweet.. The room was very comfortable . Personally, I would prefer if the sheets were more fresh :) The place was not far from the airport but it's better if you go by car.

Stayed for 3 nights in early November. Small BnB in Ciampino, not exactly central Rome but with a bus stop just round the corner and a metro line straight into the city at the end of it. Was sometimes a pain to wait around for someone to talk to at the counter but they were generally helpful and cheerful when... More

We received an email just the day before our trip to Rome stating that we needed to confirm our reservation. We did that and then the owner asked us for our flight information in order to be able to pick us up at the airport. Everything went right until we actually arrived in Rome. The owner seemed very nice, but... More

My friend and I arrived very late one night after a distressing journey. The two gentlemen at the counter assisted us with our luggage and graciously showed us the room. They were both very kind and accommodating as they knew the two of us had had a very stressful night. I can't say enough great things about this hotel and... More

My husband booked this hotel for one night (our last night in Rome) so our family would be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. My husband, being a worry wort, called the hotel a few times that day and was concerned that nobody was picking up the phone- an email resolved that, turns out some phone numbers... More

We had to wait more than 3 hours behind the door, before we got in, water system didn't work very well in the bathroom. Also they charged us more on the location for registration fees and afterwards stole money from credit card.

I was scheduled to stay here with my wife and 2 children but, due to some very strange circumstances, did not. I thought it was significant enough to let people know. Two months before our scheduled stay I booked 4 nights at this hotel thru a 3rd party website. I paid the initial deposit with the understanding the rest would... More
