Having seen the photos, I was super excited to come here. We booked the most expensive room and presumed that was the one in the photo seeing as that was shown on our booking confirmation. Imagine my disappointment when we were shown to a room half the size, different paintings, different furniture, different flooring. Mind you, the wallpaper was the... More

This hotel is a block from Piazza Navonne and a 15 minute walk to the Vatican, surrounded by lots of restaurants. It is part of a two part hotel, separated by about 100 metres, with very helpful and friendly staff. Has an elevator which makes it easy to get suitcases to the room. Modern room facilities. Would stay again.

When we opened the door to our room, we were immediately impressed by the size, dramatic decor, cove lighting and old wood beamed high ceilings. The well air conditioned rooms are located in a traditional Roman building along a quiet side street. A private elevator takes you to a small entry hall from which you access your individually keyed guest... More

Location is excellent, near many restaurants and sites. The room was very dark; even with lights on too dark to read. Not in the main building. It is a floor in a building around the corner from the main hotel. Room has unique style. Some will like it. Others will hate it. The pillow case was dirty, which was a... More

The location of this hotel is worth the stay. We had a suite, which was lavishly decorated but a bit dark. We had a short walk to the other building for a roof top breakfast, which was ample and served quickly by very friendly staff. Staff also helped us with restaurant reservations and directions. We were able to sleep pretty... More

It's sold as a hotel but I don't know why, it;s more like a guest house. We went on a business trip and needed somewhere very central and with WIFI, this places was rated 4 stars on bookings.com , had the WIFI sign and seemed well located. I'm giving 3 stars only on location and because the room was clean,... More

This hotel is lovely. A great room, incredibly decorated, and a wonderful neigbourhood at walking distance of everything! They even bring you breakfast in bed!! (With good weather you can have breakfast on the roof terrace). This hotel really enhanced our Rome-experience.

I stayed here for the second time in November. The best location, friendly service, and beautiful roof-top terrace in the newer part of the hotel for breakfast. The only (very small) downside was that there was lots of street noise at night, despite being in a small lane way- but that's what you get in Rome. Will definitely stay here... More

This is a lovely place, beyond any doubt. The rooms, rather suites, are spacious, clean decorated with great style that, at the same time, makes you smile. De Michaelis is kind of an annex to the Antica Dimora delle Cinque Lune, 1 block away, on Piazza delle Cinque Lune. This place is more complete, with a 24-hour reception desk. You... More

We have spent our anniversary here and had a wonderful time. The room splendid, just like on the pictures with a unique decoration, a perfect dream. The staff very friendly. The breakfast very good (on our arrival we could choose from a list what we would like to have) and it was delivered to the room every morning, great. The... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
