We were in Rome during some fairly hot days in June, and this hotel had about the most efficient air conditioning I've ever seen. It could refrigerate a room in a few minutes. The small breakfast buffett included cold meat, cheese, and hard boiled eggs and yogurt, in addition to sweet items. There was a small breakfast room and breakfast... More

We just got home after 12 days of travel from France to Italy. Absolutley loved this little gem of a hotel. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were very accomadating. At first we were a bit worried as the taxi driver dropped us off in the middle of the street and we had no idea were the hotel was.... More

Stayed at the RRC May 1- May 6. Had a corner room and thought it was great. The windows keep the noise out, but we kept them open on most nights and the traffic noise was fine. Great location- near Termini, you're in the city- but a little off the beaten path. Easy walk to downtown. Close to restaurants, etc.... More

Really pleasant staff. Good size rooms and best coffee in town. Helpful maps and suggestions from staff plus a very useful iPad for your stay. Mini bar at sensible prices and Breakfast more than adequate. Help with booking taxi for collection and return to airport. Good places to eat near by and easy accesses to Metro.

My wife and I spent four nights at RRC, after a transatlantic cruise from Ft Lauderdale. Our selection of the property was made via the internet based on a combination of location and price, and was booked through Hotels.com. In the future, should we make a return trip to Rome, I will contact RRC direct for our reservations. The staff... More

Like all places I researched extensively before booking Residenza RomaCentro and it was great. Out of our Europe trip it was the biggest room we stayed in, and all facilities were clean. The hotel itself is quite small and the service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included each morning and was a real bonus, even though it was... More

A luxury family run hotel, with very friendly staff. I travel 2/3rd of the year and I only like to stay in places where I feel like home with all the commodity of a hotel and this place has the perfect balance. RCR will be my second house in Rome from now on. Very good value for money hotel in... More

Very comfortable, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff combined to make our 5 night stay delightful. Room was somewhat small, but that's typical for big cities in Europe. We were there in mid-October and there were some renovations going on on the outside of the building meaning we had to keep the curtains closed during the day, but we were... More

This hotel was perfect. The time we were there were very hot an they had the best air conditioning I've ever experienced in Italy. The room was modern, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good with a variety of meats, cheese and fresh fruit. There was also free wifi and they... We booked a quadruple room... As it turned out, it comprises two rooms, and there is another door which we could close off from the corridor for some privacy. It's as if we have a two-bedroom apartment. Service was good, from the moment we booked the rooms. We used the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Only 60 euros for... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
