I stayed here on business on the 15th July for two nights. The booking was made by a 3rd party so I didn't chose the hotel. First the good stuff: The location was good, a 5 minute taxi ride from Termini station. It's quite quiet for a city centre hotel. The air conditioning worked a treat - thank God as... More

I spent one night at Villa del Parco with my boyfriend. We had a small double room with a smaller bathroom. No shower doors, only a curtain. Everything is pretty old. But the very unbelievable thing has been to find a used lady sanitary napkin on the chair. How is it possible? How do they clean rooms? Breakfast is really... More

Very good personal, breakfast. Near to bus stop station. Very calm place, good nature surrounded. Very good hotel for couples. Stayed there 3 nights and we enjoyed our staying there. Sure that for the next time we are gonna take the same hotel when we go to Rome. Aeroflot Bonus Card: 191464722

Our stay was the fourth at this quiet hotel over a span of 20 years. Nothing has changed: it is still comfortable, has wonderful mattresses, provides an excellent breakfast, and is value-priced. We could not ask for a more helpful and friendly staff. They are problem-solvers, as evidenced by their successful efforts to provide rooms when we arrived on the... More

Very good location - the area is quiet and there are many parks near the hotel, including Torlonia Park with the villa which used to belong to Mussolini. It takes just 5-7 minutes to walk from the metro station to hotel (and approximately 15 minutes to get to all important monuments by metro). The hotel is not big but very... More

We were a group of friends meeting up with one of our group who had moved to Rome. This is a hotel in the genre of pre-war family owned and loved, encompassing all that this evokes. There are just enough staff to run it well and it is "uber-friendly." The rooms are fairly basic but VERY clean and the breakfasts... More

I stayed for a few days in this hotel beginning october. my feedback is a positive one. good area, reachable from Bologna Metro ( 7-10 minutes) and also Annibaliano ( 12-15 minutes). the hotel is clean, staff are very nice and helpful. prices are the best for this area and probably for all of Rome ( for this 3 star... A very nice small hotel with a lush, beautiful garden. The rooms are rather basic, but very clean and beds are comfortable. On the net the italian pages give right advice for arriving with bus, but the english and german pages are out of date. The buses 90, 82 and 60L from Termini and 60 fron Piazza Venezia will stop... Old fashioned hotel in need of some refurbishment. The deluxe superior rooms on the top-attic floor were bearable although the rafters were a mixture of white painted wooden beams and pipes. On arrival there was no-one in reception; people were waiting and it took 15 minutes to hunt someone down! Not great after a long plane and taxi journey. However,... More

This hotel was a little out of town compared to others, but was great value as a result. It was quite easy to get into the city centre by metro or bus, and I would prefer a nice hotel rather than overpriced ones in the centre. It was nice and quiet, had a lovely outdoor seating area where I spent... More
