Beautiful B&B set in its own large garden off a small side street in the Aurelia area of Rome. Added bonus of parking. Short walk to bus route (No.46) and metro (Baldo deli Ubaldi). It is run by an extremely friendly, helpful and professional brother and sister team. The rooms are clean and modern. Good breakfast selection served on terrace... More

I love this B&B. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with good size. Garden and balcony for breakfast are very beautiful. Breakfast is very good with hot bread, ham & cheese, fruit, home-made cake and cappuccino.

We stayed in several cities in Italy and this was by far the best accommodation we stayed in. Our hosts were delightful, very friendly, and would go out of their way to help us with making sure we got the most out of our stay, by recommending some fantastic local restaurants as well as helping arrange tickets for attractions, nothing... This family run b&b makes you feel at home straight away, with super friendly hosts and clean spacious rooms. A delicious breakfast served on the veranda is the perfect start to the day! I would highly recommend a stay if you're in Rome!

Stylish, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Friendly host who gave us tips that helped us make the most of our time in Rome. Excellent breakfasts too. Location is slightly out of the centre but this was a bonus as it got us out of the touristy area for a quieter and more realistic experience of Rome. The bus & metro... More

I can't say enough good things about this place. The property is very well maintained and has a homey feel - perfect for families with kids or for those looking for relaxation. Cypress trees, olive trees and so many more adorn the lovely garden. The host, Giordano, is an absolute gem! He was never far away and always made himself... More

This is our second trip to Rome, and while the first time we chose a regular 4 star hotel, this time we wanted to try something a bit different, closer to the city, and my girlfriend found this little gem, hidden in a residential area, surrounded by a nice garden. In short, the pro's: - close to Baldo degli Ubaldi... More

There are not so many places where the staff makes you feel like home. And I do not like to use the word "staff" You get feeling you are staying in your friends' house very soon. Waking up with birds' singing is amazing. Giordano and Ambra really made my vacation unforgetable. And I will join, of course, to the flow... More

Everything about this lovely B&B was perfect! The garden was magical, the room was clean and well equiped, the wifi was stable and fast, the breakfast in the café right next to the B&B was delicious, the owner Giordano was friendly and kind to help us with anything we need. The best B&B I have ever been!

The sister and brother duo - Ambra and Giordano - are great and willing to help you with anything you need. They are kind, easy-going and friendly. They are excellent hosts, responsive and reliable, and they made our stay in Rome more enjoyable. The room was also very homey - airy, clean and well-lit with a spacious modern bathroom. The... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Villa Emilia is situated in the center of Rome just a few steps from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s square. It is conveniently located right in the center of all metro and bus lines, and close to both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. The recently renovated structure of the 1940s villa was maintained as it originally was with the spacious garden surrounding the property that boasts two fountains and a variety of ancient roman plants such as magnolia, olive, and wild orange trees. Upon entering, a path in the middle of nature opens before your eyes that will transport you into a dimension of relaxation and well-being mixed with the sensation of living the history and city of Rome. The terrace, the heart of the property, is where guests are served breakfast daily, and where you can enjoy a coffee or tea break basking in the Roman sun. Tables are placed all around the grounds for you to use as well as a gazebo where you can read, take a nap, or have a snack in an atmosphere where you can feel at home. Our goal at Villa Emilia is for complete and utter relaxation and to be able to enjoy the Villa and Rome’s natural beauty. All of the rooms at Villa Emilia provide every comfort including private full bathroom, temperature control, flat screen satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, and free WiFi internet. Available in the common area is an internet point, comfy sofas, a small library with books on ancient Rome, and an antique radio. The Villa was furnished with much care and attention and no detail overlooked with the décor of every room mixing antique and modern pieces. Our bed and breakfast is also kid-friendly with children’s beds available upon request. Services include laundry facilities, airport shuttle upon request, and private massage services available on-site. ... more   less
