Great customer service is hard to find at times, but you will find some of the best at this hotel. We traveled to Rome with a large group, and the staff at Hotel Mascagni went out of their way to make our stay incredibly special! I can't say enough about Marco who made a 50th anniversary memorable with a breakfast... More

My family of five traveled Italy for 10 days. The hotel were very welcoming and accommodating for us especially our 3 children. And breakfast was delicious! My husband and I had drinks at the bar every night and as the kids showered and met some wonderful families over some drinks.

I really liked the accommodations at this hotel. They were modern and comfortable. Giuseppe, at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He suggested a great restaurant nearby. The air conditioning was great. The breakfast was well done with a variety of selections of food. The breakfast staff was nice. The bathroom was clean and large, but the bathtub/shower... More

This was a nice place. Good location. Nice breakfast. Rooms were nice & sufficient. There were four of us staying in one room, it was tight but not too bad. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and the food was ok .

How can you not love checking in to your first hotel in Rome, and your desk clerk's name is Giuseppe? Giuseppe and all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and would go out of their way to make recommendations and answer questions. I loved the style of the lobby, and the room was small but comfortable and clean.... More

The staff was excellent and met all of our needs. The front desk treated me with respect insuring that all was well. They went beyond what I expected and always had a smile. The housekeeping staff clean extremely well everyday. It was my best hotel experience ever!

The hotel is located close the the central station and close to the ancient Rome. Only a short walk to the Spanish steps and about a kilometer to the Trevi fountain. Friendly staff and helpful. The breakfast buffet is something to look forward to.

We stayed in two rooms of this lovely hotel in late June. The rooms are beautifully decorated - and super clean. Bathrooms are well appointed and large. The staff was superior and friendly. Although this hotel is not in the heart of Old Rome- or steps from "The Steps" - it was a nice respite from the throngs of tourists... More

We recently spent four nights here while in Rome. We especially liked that this Hotel was very close to the metro as well as the main train station. It made it very easy to get around with a Roma pass. The hotel was clean and the staff was very responsive. He enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Our room was small... More
