Stayed for 3 nights in march, booked hotel turner because only needed somewhere to sleep, so didnt need anything fancy. Reception were very helpful, without them we would of struggled to find our way around Rome. The room was was very comfortable, view from the window was of the wall of the next building but we weren't their to look... More

We stayed at Hotel Turner for three nights. The reception area was very small but amazing with Marble and Gilt throughout. Typical Italian. The breakfast room was okay with a good choice of continental food which was self service. Our room was on the third floor, although small it was adequate, the bath room was okay very clean and towels... More

From the outside the Turner looks like an interesting hotel, the marble and furnishings in reception are amazing including the ceiling panels. there is an efficient lift that gets you quickly to all floors. We were on the fifth floor in a spacious room that over looked the front (traffic noise was noticeable with windows open) comfy bed, limited space... More

On my Euro Trip in Oct 2014, Rome was my second destination and I DID NOT LIKE IT. But thats my personal experience, and i will review Rome separately. Hotel Turner: First Looks were amazing. It was like living in a palace, we had our hopes high for the room. Pros: The Hotel Architecture was awesome. Reception area was just wow.... More

Listed as 4 star, no way that is true. The room was a postage stamp, no tub just a shower and to flush the toilet you had to push a button in the shower. The place is not looked after at all. It said WiFi but not in your room only in a most of the time very crowded lobby... More

very disappointed. Had hoped to be in the reviewers camp who had an excellent experience but we were in the 'not yet refurbished' part. Air con didn't work. Wifi hit and miss. Shower was dreadful - small, poor drainage and had black mould growing out of the shower head. Booked a triple but was v cramped and the third bed/... More

Stayed a week with my wife and parents [October 2014], Hotel advertised as 4 star and pictures supported this. When we got there, decor was stunning, hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and receptive. Reality slowly unfolded...... The hotel is very tired and in need of TLC and attention to detail. Skirting board missing, fittings loose, mirrors... More

Having read the mixed reviews I decided to take a chance. For the money I paid on Expedia, sadly I was disappointed. Our double room was very small, you could just about walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. There was aircon but no remote in the room for it. I presumed that was an extra. The pictures... More

I am surprised anyone gives this hotel good reviews. My room was small and dingy, the window overlooked an internal smoking area and stunk of smoke. The breakfast was dreadful consisting of hot dogs and cheap white rolls and bread. Nescafé was in the coffee machine . The only fruit was an orange or Granny Smith. Ok if the hotel... More
