We stayed at hotel Turner a few weeks ago and had any amazing time in Rome, the location of the hotel is in a perfect place and a walking distance from shops restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the trevi fountain, pantheon amongst over well known places. The hotel was beautifully furnished, with marble and amazing ceilings, we... More

Wonderful people. So helpful and friendly. The room looks lovely. Comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking Rome and local food and transportation close by. The air conditioning does not work in 40 degree weather.

We stayed in this hotel in May 2015 with the family. Initially they put us in a matchbox size room on the 2nd floor but after we complained about the lack of lock on the bathroom door and the noise from the lift they moves us to the 4th floor without any problems. The staff was super helpful and understanding,... More

This hotel has interesting decor and an extremely helpful staff. I stayed here for two nights in late June and was very happy with the level of service all around. The location is not in the heart of the historic area of Rome, but it is perfectly safe and accessible by bus or a 15 minute walk from the Termini... More

I booked online and was wowed by the pictures as we wanted an authentic period hotel. On arrival we were given a room and we loved the decor. It may not be brand spanking new all over but it is luxurious and really interesting. Our room was great- cleaned every day with fresh towels. The staff are lovely, always ready... More

I would agree with those who say the hotel has seen better days. The décor is faded, though not a major issue and the style was similar to other hotels we have used in Rome. The breakfast was okay, though possibly more limited that one would expect from a hotel described as 4 star. Our main issue was the shower... More

This hotel is really good, old fashion Italian style, great location and good area. Very close to the main train station and good buses right in front of the hotel, nice street to walk. The breakfast is good, staff is very helpful. Very good choice in Rome!!

The Turner, unfortunately has seen better days front of house is magnificent with beautiful paintings adorning the arched ceilings and amazing marble staircase, but when you get up to the rooms it is a different story it has been previously reported that the Aircon is poor this is no exageration, I was forced to sleep with window open but as... We stayed at this hotel for 1 night (from Sunday to Monday), having stayed 2 previous nights in a different hotel, more centrally located near main attractions (Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia). This hotel was exactly like in the photos shown on TripAdvisor (very epoque-like, with marble and granit throughout. Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the Reception... More
