A comfortable stay in a cosy room. Breakfast good with ample choice. Lift ok when other users remember to close the doors hence having to walk up and down several times! Beautiful entrance to the hotel and found easily on the road.

We noticed immediately upon check-in at midnight that the air con wasn't working in our room. The staff gave a surprised look and promised that a technician would come to fix it the following morning. Every day afterwards we asked them if the technician was coming out and every day we were told it would be fixed that day. On... More

We selected this hotel based on Tripadvisor, but we cannot follow other enthusiastic descriptions. The cleanliness is superficial, the breakfast is the typical Italian low level and the room is noisy based on the road and some live music bar outside around rhe corner and noise from the cleaning staff or other guests on the inside of hotel in the... The hotel is very well located. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Much more than I would expect from a two star hotel! Renovated bathroom and shower. The service is good, they are friendly. We were two and paid €50 a night, which was extremely reasonable for that time of the year!

The hotel is ok. The room is not big, but is more or less the sams size as other hotels. The cleaning is good. But the breakfast is horrible. I think they wanted to but a breakfast on the room price, but they didn't want to spend any money. So it has basically some bread, butter, coffee, jam and a... More

The room services of the hotel is really good , reception works perfect, the hotel works all 24h per day. The room is clean. Hotel is located nera the train station and all spectacular objects and cultural monuments are closed to the hotel, some of them is reachable on foot. Breakfast without large choise. Mostly cakes and buns. :)

We booked at the last minute while at Rome airport. The taxi driver told us it was close to everything, and it was. The room was clean and spacious (family). Good AC which was appreciated. Very helpful staff. Free wifi. Breakfast was plentiful, typical italian croissants, pastries, cereal, yoghurt ect. Excellent coffee machine free for breakky and only 50 cents... More

The inn is part of a Palazzo and is on the 3rd floor. Room was really nice and clean. Location was quite central and 10 mins walk from Termini. Only complaint was that the receptionist complained about switching on the coffee machine early (7am) in the morning as breakfast starts at 7.30am and only croissants were available. Also when we... Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
