The room was pretty average, the problem I had was nothing electrical would work here, even with adapters. The rooftop bar service was terrible! it was nice to be up there but most of our visit is was closed. We tried one last time and had to go find a server who only came around once. The service down at... More

We stayed at the Visconti Palace Rome from Monday to Friday. It is situated about 15 minutes walk from the Vatican and very close to river Tiber and various tourist attractions. It's about an half hour walk to the old city but very enjoyable as you pass many of the historic sights on the way. If it's to far there... More

It is a very good hotel, it is very close to Castello San Angelo (10 minutes walk) and The Vatican. It is very peaceful at night because is not at the center of the city. The subway station is about 8 blocks away and the hop on/ hop off buses have a stop at Castello San Angello. The sevice is... More

I have stayed here 4 times, and would again. Perfect location, nice rooms, nice staff. We stayed in the newly remodeled room, and we loved it! Good daily breakfast. We had dinner at the rooftop BBQ restaurant the last night we were there. It was lovely and romantic.

This hotel was the perfect way to wrap up our 2 week trek through Europe. This is more of a full service hotel than some of the more boutique and no frills options that we stayed at in other cities. We stayed in the Premiere room while our kids stayed in a regular room. Definitely splurge for the Premiere room.... More

I booked this holiday for myself and my wife and 2 children aged 10 and 7. It was our first trip to Rome and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary as well having a short break. As it was our first trip and a 4 day stay the location was important. I read the reviews for The Visconti Palace Hotel... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in June, we had 2 rooms since we were travelling with teens. Very nice hotel, modern and comfortable. (Europeans seem to prefer firmer beds;). Bright, and clean. Breakfast was nice, included eggs, and lovely pastries...and more. Helpful English speaking staff. We did walk to Vatican, but used cabs to get to train station, Colleseum,... More

Breakfast was fantastic with variety of foods which we enjoyed . It is also very close to the Vatican City and so you can walk. I would recommend to anyone visting Rome to... More

This was a very nice hotel, we paid the 15 euro upgrade to stay in a newly renovated room which was very nice. We really liked the full n fluffy pillows n comfortable bed! The only negative was our room was near the service room n lift so was noisey. Both the upstairs & lobby patio were very nice &... More
