My wife and I wanted to stay in a comfortable hotel near Rome's well-known monuments without having to pay an arm and a leg. The Tiziano was the right choice. Our room was tight. So was its bathroom. But it was very clean and ideal if you are not going to spend much time in there. Note: this is not... More

The location of this hotel is great, within walking distance to all the beautiful places to visit in Rome. Hotel is quite basic but ok if you just want to use this to sleep and use as a base for exploring. A great place to eat in the evening is the Piazza Navona which is nearby but quite hard to... More

Stayed here after a long direct flight from Chicago with some friends. We did a bit of research before embarking on this trip and had had several friends who stayed here before and recommended Tiziano. After being up for 30 plus hours any bed is a bed but in the morning you start to see the issues. The hotel staff... More

It is a very basic hotel but you can't beat the location. We were a family of 4 with two kids and we walked everywhere from this hotel. We didn't use a taxi at all except from the airport. Don't have any expectations of the hotel, though. It is old and misses most of current hotel basics.

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June for four nights. It was my first time to Rome and because I was travelling by myself, I had chosen the hotel based more on location than comfort. After reading previous reviews I went in with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, its not modern and very basic. But... More

Best location for touring Rome, but sorry to say there were too many issues to be excused. I still enjoyed my trip, but the hotel, even for a discount price as rooms go, needs to shape up. The hotel carpet is filthy. Should be pulled up, sagging and beyond cleaning. Room was obviously for handicapped. It was bigger and that... More

This was our first time in Rome but first time staying in the area. I really enjoyed the location. The staff was fantastic at helping us find restaurants for my niece who is very allergic to gluten. Conveniently located. We did a lot of eating near the pantheon. Our room was HUGE! We had new windows which I think cut... More

Very old hotel sums it up. Clean, great air conditioning, breakfast was just ok. Street is busy but easy to find. You're definitely just paying for location and extremely helpful and friendly staff. You're in the heart of Rome. Steps away from everything.

From there you can walk to most of the attractions in Rome like the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Vatican, Coloseum etc. a few of the restaurants nearby are also very good like the Maranega. service from the reception in the hotel is really good. they were very helpful , spoke good English and quite friendly.... We are in Rome on our first trip to Italy though not the first time to Europe. The hotel staff, front desk, speak and understand fluent English which makes it much easier to get directions and instructions. The staff are also very helpful and courteous knowing out situation, that the hotel we had originally booked did not not have the... More
