Great Location for Vatican, Piazzas, sights, the Forum, Restaurants and safe. Nice room, fresh linens. Bathroom a little tight, but everything worked. Hot water and all. Charming hotel felt like Italy, Europe not an American cookie cutter. Nice staff, very helpful. Breakfast abundant. They had enough selections for Breakfast and Lunch. You do get better service when the dining room... More

Hotel is in a very central location, very handy for all the sights. We had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the street but we didn't find traffic noise to be a problem. The room itself was large, airy and clean but a bit tired looking. Front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. The first morning I went... More

In choosing this hotel, I wanted a great location and I got that. It is in walking distance from everything, so we walked everywhere, including the Vatican, Coliseum, Spanish Steps and St John Lateran. We had requested a quiet room away from the street and got it. The room was small with basic furniture, but it was fine! The bathroom... More

I booked this as it seemed to be quite central and it did not disappoint. I walked to all the highlights of Rome - and most were within a short walk! The room was a bit cell-like but single rooms always seem to be. However the bathroom was light and airy and everything worked well. The staff were helpful and... More

I fell in love with this hotel. The service was great and I could actually see the roof of the Pantheon from my room. The breakfasts was so good and I could not get enough of the Cappuccino's. Just writing this review makes me want to go back. It's within walking distance of everything.

We were relocated to this hotel after our hotel had urgent repairs. We were welcomed by very friendly front of house who understood we had a long journey and not knowing what to expect from this hotel. The rooms themselves are on the small side, the bathrooms tiny..so be prepared! But totally fine for a very touristy visit to Rome.... More

We had 3 nights here. Unfortunately we were scammed by a taxi driver on the way from the railway station who turned our €30 notes into €15. Magic hands! We then gave him another €15!! He quickly drove off. Beware. Make sure you go right to the front of the line at a legitimate taxi rank. We thought we had.... More

The location was excellent, easy walking distance from Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, etc. The concierge was very kind; he ordered me a car for the airport the next morning. The breakfast was delicious and more than adequate, and the breakfast servers were pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I wanted to stay in a comfortable hotel near Rome's well-known monuments without having to pay an arm and a leg. The Tiziano was the right choice. Our room was tight. So was its bathroom. But it was very clean and ideal if you are not going to spend much time in there. Note: this is not... More
