Cheapest one we were able to book. Very good value for money. Nice and cosy rooms (we had 2 doubles, one on the inside and one on the street side of the building). I like the Italian style. You are in Italy of course, so if you aren't used to noise, you use earplugs while sleeping. Rooms were cleaned every... More

The hotel is very confortable for the price, the place is absolutely central and near you get everything you need. I will go again very soon. The people are very gentil and available. The breakfast is ok, you find juice, yogurt, bread, ham, boil eggs, frittata, marmalade, honey, fruits cappuccino, espresso, and you can eat till full.

I had to go there for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The room is nice, bathrom was clean, breakfast ok. For that price in central room it's not possible to ask for more. Staff is very nice. Wifi in the reception only and some noise during the night because of cars. Early morning the chambermaid was already working... More

Hotel PIcasso belongs to Hotel Caravaggio. That means check in takes place at Hotel Caravaggio, and then the receptionist walks with you to Hotel PIcasso, just around the corner, which is fine. Rooms are elegant, clean, and location is very convenient. Close to the Termini station, but far enough away at thesame time. Off Via Nazionale, one of the main... More

Hotel Picasso was great and not so great for a variety of reasons. Location is perfect (especially for the price) Within walking distance of all attractions apart from the Vatican (which only takes a 10/15 minute bus journey from a stop around the corner). Right near the station and easily accessed from the airport on the Shuttle bus within 30-40... More

We stayed here as a new couple and settled of Hotel Picasso after reading reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! We had a lovely little room, but the size didn't bother me at all! The decor was so fitting for Rome and completely suited the building and surroundings. We were lucky enough to be in the same building where breakfast was... More

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
