The Staff Were Horrible & Extremely Rude. Food Disgusting & Uneatable. The Hotel is Old & Falling Apart & Extremely Dirty !!!! My Room was horrible, there was no tea/coffee. Bed Uncomfortable & Lumpy. Show Door Fell of & almost hit me. I Strongly Recommend That You Avoid This Hotel Like The Plague !!!

Next morning no change inspite of promises to the contrary the night before.... More

I know that you get what you pay for and this hotel was cheaper than most but I still think that we could have found a nicer room at the same price. Location is OK. Walking distance to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Capuchin Crypt, and Metro. Room was small with older bedding, paint, curtains. Kind of dreary. Staff was OK.... More
