We stayed there on July, 2009. This hotel was very convinient and comfortable for our family trip around Italy. Triple room was big and quiet unexpectedly. Breakfast was full of freshes, bakery and meet, my husband loves that! The staff was very helpful and friendly - that was very a big service plus for the hotel. It takes about 15-20... More

My overall impression was fine. The hotel is not cheap, but the room and the service were quite good. The room was nice and comfortable, with mini-bar included in the price. The hotel is very well located

Everything about this hotel is great. Location, service, and food were excellent. I traveled with my 12 year old daughter and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. The hotel is within walking distance of the Termini (Train & Bus Station). I planned this so that when we landed in Rome we could take the train from the airport... More

Booked room in December and that would denifitely be a happy stay. Recently renovated room made you feel fully comfortable with modern equiped facilities. The breakfast was large and delicious. The staff's friendliness is an other plus. Everything is fabulous in a perfect location.

We stayed at the Artemides to celebrate my . 50th birthday at the beginning of January. The hotel is well situated but not in the manic centre of Rome. Well within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The hotel rooms have recently been refitted and are of a very high standard - better than some 5* I have... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review, and it’s good to know that you’d prefer a 4.5 star rating rather than the 4 that was put up here! It is a pleasure to know that you appreciated our newly-renovated rooms and that the hotel in all its elegant style was able to ensure a most comfortable and memorable 50th birthday... More

Don't think about it! Just book it! Service is excellent. Breakfast in the morning was awesome and really gave you a kick start to your day of being a tourist in this fantastic city. The room we had was just renovated and was lovely. We had Christmas Eve dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it so much we went back... More

My partner and I stayed here in November 2014 for my birthday. We absolutely loved the hotel, especially the breakfast. The staff were helpful, friendly and made an extra effort for my birthday. We were lucky in the fact that our room was at the back of the hotel as the main street at the front is very noisy. I... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
