We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We were quite sceptical, because we only booked online. We were very surprised! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Our room (5) was very spacious for a European hotel. The breakfast was good and we didn't find it hard to find the hotel. It is... More

I stayed two nights on my own specifically to see the Rolling Stones at circo massimo, about a 15 min walk away. Plus side, for what I paid location was great, coliseum only 10 min walk through a lovely park, termini 15 min walk and half an hour on foot to pantheon, Spanish steps etc. breakfast good choir and plentiful,... Yes it is close to one of the greatest buildings I've ever seen but with what it gains in location it lacks in hospitality and maintenance. For the money we paid to stay at this hotel you would expect far more. Breakfast was not the best. The rooms in need of a dire clean up, lights and extractor fan falling... More

Would not recommend, and will certainly not go back... I must say staff listened when we asked to have another room the following day, as result of a generator being attached to our top floor room... As said location is fine but all the rest was below our (not that high) expectations (for a 3 day citytrip)

We spent two nights at this hotel and we find it to be very familiar and well located. The attention of staff excellent, ready to help us the time we needed something. I need to name Roberto who was very kind to us. I highly recommended it. I'll satay there next time I visit Rome.

The only reason i booked this hotel (through booking.com) is the hotel location, a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the colosseum. The first look of the exteriors really disappointed me (see attached photos). I reached the hotel around 11 AM but i was told to wait until 1 PM for check-in. Never mind, i spent couple of hours in... More

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and It looks a bit old and tired when you arrive. However, our room was a nice size and the shower in the ensuite bathroom was fab. The continental breakfast was superb, lots of cereals, bread, meats and cheese and delicious pastries. The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can walk through... More

Stayed April 2012! First off we are a young couple who are not picky people.... That being said we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edera. Very simple rooms but in a busy city it was wonderfully peaceful at night and really enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood. The local coffee shop workers spend an hour drinking coffee in the mourning talking footy... More

Enjoyed staying at the Hotel on my first visit to Rome. Quiet & convenient & helpful, ideal for a sightseeing visit to the City. Near to all the main places to visit. good breakfasts & many local cafes etc nearby. Would like to use this hotel again if possible for another trip. Very good deal much more reasonable than expected... More

Stayed here with my partner for a long weekend. This hotel really is in a good location - literally 4/5 minutes walk to the colloseum. Lot's of bars and restaurants. Our room was ok - enough for what we needed it for sleeping getting ready ect. The staff were the only big let down incredibly unhelpful and mardy!
