Let's get this over with! The room I stayed in was in need of a fresh but in its own way, was also quaint. Despite that, I enjoyed my single night stay. The location of the Hotel is excellent being about 600m from the Colosseum and close to many other historic. Pats of Rome. The streets are among the most... More

Nicely situated 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum. A bit worn down, but the rooms where OK. Clean, tidy and reasonably quiet at night. Breakfast is adequate. Price OK. The reception staff was helpful enough – still a bit indifferent… I asked whether there was a grocery shop near by and the reply was; no – not any open at... More

The edera hotel is in a great location, only 10 minute walk from the colleseum. The hotel is it tired but our room was clean, the bathroom spotless, staff a bit indifferent to really that talkative, we did get to check in early which was good as it gave us the full day. Good restaurants and bars near, hotel has no... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We were quite sceptical, because we only booked online. We were very surprised! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Our room (5) was very spacious for a European hotel. The breakfast was good and we didn't find it hard to find the hotel. It is... More

I stayed two nights on my own specifically to see the Rolling Stones at circo massimo, about a 15 min walk away. Plus side, for what I paid location was great, coliseum only 10 min walk through a lovely park, termini 15 min walk and half an hour on foot to pantheon, Spanish steps etc. breakfast good choir and plentiful,... Yes it is close to one of the greatest buildings I've ever seen but with what it gains in location it lacks in hospitality and maintenance. For the money we paid to stay at this hotel you would expect far more. Breakfast was not the best. The rooms in need of a dire clean up, lights and extractor fan falling... More

Would not recommend, and will certainly not go back... I must say staff listened when we asked to have another room the following day, as result of a generator being attached to our top floor room... As said location is fine but all the rest was below our (not that high) expectations (for a 3 day citytrip)

We spent two nights at this hotel and we find it to be very familiar and well located. The attention of staff excellent, ready to help us the time we needed something. I need to name Roberto who was very kind to us. I highly recommended it. I'll satay there next time I visit Rome.

The only reason i booked this hotel (through booking.com) is the hotel location, a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the colosseum. The first look of the exteriors really disappointed me (see attached photos). I reached the hotel around 11 AM but i was told to wait until 1 PM for check-in. Never mind, i spent couple of hours in... More

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and It looks a bit old and tired when you arrive. However, our room was a nice size and the shower in the ensuite bathroom was fab. The continental breakfast was superb, lots of cereals, bread, meats and cheese and delicious pastries. The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can walk through... More
