This little hotel is a real gem in this busy city. We visited it during march break (15 - 22). It is located on the street off of main street and very quiet in the night. We had windows on the street and it was always quiet. Majority of time in Rome we walked. Hotel is located 12 min walking... More

This hotel was clean and gave us a place to sleep. We weren't planning on staying in our room or the hotel. Walked around Rome and used their bus, metro, and train system. Saw Rome's sights! For this reason the hotel served its purpose.

It is exactly what we wanted. A nice/clean room in a fantastic location. We feel very safe walking day or night. Easy walk to train and historic locations. Breakfast was not the ham and eggs Amerian's expect - but I came to Rome to not be American for a week. Delicious breads, yogurt, cheese and more. The staff have been... More

I wasn't really sure what to expect of this hotel coming in. I had stayed in this general vicinity about 4 years ago, so I knew I would like the location well enough. We flew into Rome and took the train into Termini (about 30 minutes) and walked about 5-10 minutes to our hotel. It is very easy to miss... More

Great stay at this hotel! The people are friendly! It is located close to station termini. 5 minute walk and very close to the Colloseum and Piazza Venezia. My privacy was very well respected. Wifi was perfect.

If I could, I would give it a 4.5 TA rating! My family of four spent 8 nights at this hotel in mid-February. This 3-star hotel is exactly as advertised. There were no unexpected surprises to speak of. Our quad hotel room with two singles and a double (two singles placed together - the width of a U.S. queen bed)... More

Just arrived home from hotel tirrreno, and what a great stay it was! Greeted by Michele who could not have done enough for us. We were given a map with lots of tips of where to go and local information like where to look out for pick pockets or what day to visit certain attractions. Breakfast was perfectly sufficient to... The hotel's position is really great. It is in small street enough far from the traffic but still in the city centre. If you want to explore Rome it is really great hotel. 10 minutes walk to main train station and between 10 and 15 minutes walk to Colosseum. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I had only one misunderstanding... More

Great location near Termini, several attractions and restaurants. The Single Room I booked was very small, but proved to be a great value on the price and location. Breakfast was good, with mostly breads and cereals, but nice coffee and sitting room to enjoy in the morning. Excellent WiFi reception too, which was important for booking Uber rides and sharing... Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
