The Imperiale sits on Via Veneto amongst all the big hitters (Savoy etc) so the location is fantastic and the value is pretty good considering how expensive this end of the city is. Reasonably good walking distance to most places, the park is very close and is a must if you want to break away from the busy streets. The... More

All clients of this hotel should be informed the hotel is located within the Zone Traffic Limited (ZTL) area of Rome. So if you are driving a rented car it is a potential to receive a fine for a traffic violation since you don't have the proper Police authorization to do so. Upon your arrival, the Hotel has the obligation... More

Cosy, clean room, good breakfast but above all excellent location to see Rome on foot. Highly recommended. More

Definitely would not recommend this hotel. Very expensive. Very basic room. Old furniture. Horrible decoration. Extremely small bathroom (could not open the door entirely), and very, very poor breakfast. More

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times proved to be good experiences. The hotel rooms were always clean. The first room was large, the second one was small, but large enough. A subway stop is right down the street, which made getting to and from the train station and the Vatican very easy. The hotel is located... More

There is some construction happening so check the exact location of your room or be happy to wake early. Breakfast was only average, everything else is good. More

My husband and I stayed here recently for three nights and loved it!! (22/9/2011) The receptionists were very friendly and courteous. The room was small but beautifully decorated. There were a lot of people staying there but it was so quiet, hard to believe we were in the middle of Rome. The hotel is very comfortable and excellently maintained. There... More

On the plus side - elegant hotel in a wonderful location. Great location on the trendy Via Veneto street, close to everything, metro station is right outside the hotel. You can pretty much walk to all the sites from this hotel - 5 minute walk to Spanish Steps, 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The low point... More

I read some of the other reviews on Trip Advisor before booking, so was taking a real gamble in my mind. But the price on Expedia was not to be passed up. The hotel location is absolutelty fantastic on many levels. If you are arriving at the Termini on an airport transfer, its only 2 stops to Baberini on the... More
