The staff were friendly and efficient, especially Mr Joseph. Great location. Easy walks to some places or a short metro ride. Try the 116 bus to the Pantheon for a white knuckle ride! Room was quite small but comfortable. Nice bathroom. Room could do with a few 'extras' - a clock, more info on the hotel, more drawer space or... more

Room, very basic; clean & large. Location is greatly. A/C severly lacking. Couldn't open window due to road noise, i.e. grating on road outside bldg. No bureau or dresser, couldn't unpack and had to live out of suitcases. Bed EXTREMELY firm. No clock in room, 19" TV. They really should add towel racks or clothing hooks in bathrooms. Front day... more

We stayed here in late August 2009. The location is great: close to major attractions and Metro. We had a large room and were able to check in early. The breakfast was excellent and the concierge, Mr. Joseph was most helpful (unfortunately he worked only afternoons). On the minus side: - EUR133 per night is a bit too much as... more

We actually stayed at this hotel by accident as there was a problem with the one I booked! Rooms were clean, although on the small side. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent all attractions were in walking distance - 10 mins to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps! Would receommend "Citysightseeing Tour" 18 euros for 1 day ticket... more

This hotel has a great location and my room was very nice except that it backed on some noisy street so got woken up early. Breakfast was adequate but no great shakes. The staff were polite but not accommodating. I needed an iron and they would not provide one (Italian law apparently) which is OK but for a 4 star... more

we stayed at our honeymoon. staff was excellent but the hotel was not as good. the rooms are very small , about 3mx3.5m size. clean but the bed was making some noise. we paid 295 euros per room , per night, and we believe that we paid a lot for what the hotel was able to offer us !!!!! so... more

We stayed with my husband for 3 nights in June. The hotel is definitively well located, like other reviews here say, however, I thought it was way overpriced for what we got. There are other small hotels very close to this one, that might have better service and are as well located. We got a room with an A/C that... more

We checked into this hotel after taking a tour of Rome and saw the lovely Via Veneto, land of La Dolce Vita. It is one of the real triples, where the twin bed for 11-year old son was in a separate seating area, with a large curtain to separate the rooms. Bedroom was very nice and bathroom too. They should... more

The first day our shower was plugged, second day the drain under the sink leaked all over the floor. They forgot our wake up call 2 different days almost causing us to miss our tour and our plane home. Would not recommend. Have traveled the world extensively and this is definately not a 4 star hotel for Europe. more
