Stayed at Luxor for 5 nights. Pros: centreal location near termini station. breakfast is ok. That's about it. Cons: hot water ran out every time we took a shower. Often had to wait 15 minutes for hot water to come back. Showers and washroom are are extremely tight. Rooms are very small and smell very bad. Noisy location. Paint is... more

Single rooms are clean but small, expecially the bathroom. Loocation is central for business traveler, near governmental offices and agencies. The price is in the low range for Rome. Unfortunately, rooms with windows on main street are noisy. more

We stayed at the Luxor for one evening prior to our return to Canada since it was within walking distance to Termini station. We paid 150Euro and it was not worth the price at all. When we first arrived to Rome late April, we stayed at the Canova ( I will post a review for that hotel) for the same... more

Stayed at the Luxor Nov 18-25 2006. Paid 90 Euro/Night for a double room. The room and bathroom were pretty small but we didn’t spend much time in it. It seemed clean and was made up daily. The noise level was a bit of a problem a few nights, some lady was yapping and laughing on the phone all night... more

Both were decorated in antiques and one had a beautiful mosaic floor . Both had remodeled, tiled, good sized, private bathrooms with plenty of hot... more

We booked last minute at hotel Luxor, reviews seemed OK & it was within the price range we were looking for. Location was perfect, it was the best thing about the hotel. Other than that the hotel was basic. The bathroom was TINY even by European standards & the bed springs were loose, a big problem if you have a... more
