I am not one to say anything is terrible, but this hotel was our worst experience in Italy. The rooms are over 26 degrees Celsius (80 degrees Fahrenheit) and all the thermostats are locked. During our stay we encountered several severe problems. The MAJOR problems are: 1. This hotel lies pretty much right outside of Termini station in Rome. The rooms are very small by American standards but very normal for Rome and other large European cities.
