My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in April. The room was beautiful and spacious and once we worked out the shutters the view was nice and room was quiet. However there was a funny smell in the bathroom that would come and go but nothing to complain about. The reception staff were friendly enough although... More

This hotel is in an excellent location, within 5 minutes from Termini station, and easy walking into Piazza Venezie, the Colleseum and a lovely stroll to the Vatican. The roof terrace bar has amazing views. Room are well equipped age really big and they even have fluffy bath sheets. Breakfast caters for all tastes and plenty of choice. The only... More

We've just returned from a weekend trip to the Eternal City. Wow! First time in Rome and it wont be our last. We stopped at the Mediterraneo in a Junior Suite for the duration of our stay. It is in the perfect location for the Termini Station. Walking distance from the Coliseum & other attractions. The hotel is comfortable, clean... More

Hotel is well located to walk to most sites and many cafes and restaurants. It is also very close to train station. We stayed here for two nights and found the staff to be very nice and helpful. Hotel is old style maybe a little retro. Room and bathroom were of average size for Europe. Our room, bathroom and closet... More

We liked it, the food and staff were good, it was close to most sites, Id come back. We came here as part of a tour with Gate1 and this was the third and last leg of a fairly hectic 9 day Italy tour so it was a relief

We stayed four nights at this hotel end of March. The location is great…..just a few minutes walk to historic sites like the Coliseum plus the metro and railway station is right there. So if you are planning to travel by train its very convenient. The hotel has an old world charm but I felt it looked a bit run... More

Did not stay here but met with friends for a drink and then ate in the Terrace Restaurant in the evening which was very good. Food and service were great and good choice from the menu, mixed grill was excellent but at 300 euros for 4 people wasn't the cheapest meal we had in Rome, however you pay for what... More

Had the good fortune to stay here for 4 nights whilst watching England v Italy rugby. The hotel has a very 1920's feel with an art deco bar near the lobby, marble walls and a large breakfast room made to look like a Spanish galleon. Just amazing! All the staff were extremely courteous and our room was very comfortable. With... More

We stayed a couple of nights before our cruise to see the city of Rome. Very nice hotel with-in walking distance of almost everything, only a few blocks from the coliseum. Staff was friendly and while I don't usually like to eat at a restaurant in a hotel, this one's roof opens up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 6 nights in September and had an excellent room on the 9th floor - very large with tea & coffee facilities. The major down- side was that the Terrace Restaurant was directly above and hence very noisy, with chairs constantly scraping on the tiled floor and one of the wait staff walking up & down with...
