Attending a conference in Rome, I was assigned this hotel. First time in Rome, so I didn't have much of a baseline. Clearly this was at one time a very grand hotel - the lobby is filled with wonderful architectural details and even the "emergency" staircase was built from solid blocks of marble. I was here with a tour group and found the hotel lovely. The marble in the entry and lobby is beautiful. The rooms are not quite as flashy but it is in a great place and very clean. The view from the 10th floor is worth a lot.

I stayed here for two nights during a business trip. The location was great next to the termini which made it easy to squeeze in plenty of sightseeing. Stayed here in April 2013 for two nights. Beautiful hotel, rooms are nice (again, not American-style nice, but lovely, clean, comfortable, quiet).
