The Hotel Forum is a good smaller hotel, at a ridiculously incredible location. They're serious about the "Forum" in their name. When you walk out the door, your immediate choices are: (A) turn right and go up the short Via Tor de Conti, (B) turn left and head up the slightly longer Via della Madonna dei Monti, (C) cross diagonally... Stayed at this hotel for four night break perfect location, across from the Forum and in easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon etc. Lovely view from the restaurant and the American Bar. (bar expensive but worth a visit for the view) Booked a single room but was given a small double overlooking the Forum, a lovely... More

We stayed at the Hotel Forum for five nights on our first visit to Rome. The hotel is traditional and charming (some might say old fashioned) but we loved the character of the hotel and its courteous service. We chose a room at the back of the hotel as it was quieter than the rooms overlooking the Forum. The room... More

Took my son to Rome for a four day break to immerse ourselves in Ancient Rome and chose the Hotel Forum due to its location but we struck a gem. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel has old-world charm. Rooms were a little small compared to US hotels (rooms 403 and 404) but they were comfortable, clean... More

We are glad to read that you have appreciated our hotel and its fantastic location. The building of the hotel being an old convent, all the rooms have different sizes and, as you have seen, not that big as the US ones, but all with the "old-world charm" that you have appreciated. We hope to see you back at the... More

This hotel could NOT be in a better location. It is across the street from many of the monuments and one block from the Colosseum. You are in the heart of everything. It is surrounded by restaurants and the hop on hop off bus is located just one long block away at the Colosseum. I was w a large family... More

This HIDDEN Gem is down an alley from the Forums of Caesar. Across the street is Palentine hill, The palace of Victor Emanuel.. Also ,not far the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon..... Last but not least 3 blocks away from the Colosseum. The hotel was part of a convent and its old, cozy and has a rooftop terrace with an... More

We have stayed at the Hotel Forum before when in Rome and have just have been welcomed at this great hotel again. Such friendly staff, great service and hospitality. The roof terrace is the best in Rome. Perfect for an evening drink over looking Ancient Rome. This is the only hotel we will ever stay at in Rome - perfect... More

This hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the Roman Forum. We had reserved the standard quad room for our family, but Roberto gave us an upgrade to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite at no extra charge! From the restaurant and the rooftop American Bar (a great place for an evening nightcap), you can see the Colosseum and the Forum. We... More

At the foot of the vittorio emanuele and obviously adjacent to the Forum is this little boutique hotel. I stayed at this hotel nine years prior to this stay and I was alone in a tiny (seriously tiny) twin bed room. I liked the stay then and I sort of enjoyed it this time around. Nine years and I am... There has been a failure out of our contol during your stay and the company Telecom has now solved it. During your stay, the WiFi was working partially and unfortunatlelly it was not working in your room but it was working in the lobby. We apologize for the inconvenience and if you decide to come back at the Hotel Forum... More
