Stayed here for 4 nights. Loved it. Centrally located in Rome, short walk to Roma Terminale, Metro, and 15 minutes to Colloseum and Palatine Hill etc. Many good restaurants nearby. Well appointed rooms. Great staff and good breakfast. Will stay again someday.

Ideally situated within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in rome. Rooms a little outdated but perfectly adequate. Staff very helpfull with directions and bus times etc. Breakfast buffet a little dull, more fresh fruit would be nice but enough to fill you up for a day of sight seeing. A good budget choice hotel in a great location.

The hotel was about 15 minutes from Stazione Termini and about 15 minutes from the Colosseum, so if you are in Rome for a quick visit to see the key sights, this hotel is ideal. Also, the bathroom was almost exactly what I would want my bathroom at home to be like.

From Fiumincio take Leonardo Express train which goes to the center directly and costs 14 EUR per person or take the taxi bus for 30EUR per 2 persons which takes you directly to the hotel. Leonardo is 30 minutes, then you have to take BUS nr. 64 from Termini station and the bus takes 50 minutes (due to traffic in... More

We stayed at the Giolli for 5 nights March 19 to 23 2015. Our room was ready when we arrived and we were heartily welcomed. Our room had a balcony and was large with plenty of room for luggage and comfortable beds. Via Nazionale is vibrant with many nice restaurants close by as well as other clothing and leather shops.... Dear Mr. Menda Hadar, We are very disappointed to hear your comment. I will answer to your review point by point: - Rooms are not 'very small', they are of standard size and they are approved by the National Body of Tourism. - How can you say that 'most rooms' are very old? did you see all of them? You... More

I took my fiance to Rome for his birthday and we stayed here for 2nights. The room was nice. The breakfast included with the stay was below average but we weren't too fussed. Great location if you plan on doing lot of sightseeing. We walked everywhere except the to the Vatican. Recommended staying here.

Carlo greeted us warmly when we first arrived. He has helped us to book wonderful local restaurants, & to access reliable well-organised tours. He gives directions so well. He speaks English well, but is patient when I ask him how to say things in Italiano. Can't praise his customer service excellence highly enough!!!
