this hotel was overrated, there are other hotels much more central in Rome. the staff was not very helpful, and the rooms smelled like cigarettes and were not very clean. more

the room was ok. but no view. and none of the rooms at that floor had a view. they were facing an backyard. had some problems with the shower. the water was warm and the next second was cold and then warm again. the biggest disaster was the breakfast! wasn't happy at all with the continental breakfast they served! more

The first night we were given a room that stank of cigarette smoke, so much so, that our clothes/hair smelled like smokers the following morning.
