I stayed here as part of a Cosmos tour in May 2009. The reception staff could be more friendly as I had asked for a map and directions to central Rome. With some boredom, they pulled out a map and started explaining how to get here and there. The room was all right since I was not expecting too much.... more

Stayed here at the begining and end of a Cosmos tour, so if I wasnt on this tour, there is NO WAY I would have continued to stay here. It is in the middle of no where and its too hard to get into the center of Rome. The rooms are old and dirty, the bathroom even dirtier with terrible... more

This hotel is rated 4 stars, it should have 2 and a half at max. Paperthin-walls, you almost clearly hear conversations in the next room. Walls at the room should have been repainted about 4 years ago, the paint is falling off. The toilet is placed so your head ends up on the sink. Insane solution for a bathrom. They... more

On my first day, I had a similar experience to another post here, in which a robbery took place nearby. Two men in street clothes pulled up next to me asking to see my passport - one had very rapidly flashed a badge that had the Italian colors. I immediately fished out my photocopied passport and gave it to them.... more

Clean but a bit far from the city. A good bus/metro service or taxi overcomes this. The biggest problem is its paper thin walls. Breakfast good for tour groups more

If you choose to stay at this motel (which overall is okay) beware of nearby Pizza Pub and surrounding streets. We were robbed by people posing as police less than 100 metres from the motel. The assailants seemed to be aware of our movements and were prepared for us. more

Good hotel. Perfect shuttle service to the city center. And the diner in this hotel is really good, bud the atmosphere in the restaurant terrible. The service was average bud the hotel needs a complete makeover. The rooms were clean though. What bottered us was the noise at night, the walls are so thin! At the end I would recommend... more

it is a good location for tourist groups. the restaurant and free meals are exceptional. this hotel is not a place for a restful retreat. sound resonates and you will end up rising and sleeping on the schedule of the crowd. you can get a taxi to the hotel from the airport for approx. 50eu. the bus is nearby to... more

Like others, I spent three nights at the Pineta Palace during a Cosmos tour: two nights at the beginning of the tour and one at the end. While the hotel was a bit of a distance from downtown, we had the hotel call us a taxi. It took 20 minutes and cost 20 euro for a ride to the National... more

We were on a Cosmos tour and stayed here 3 nights at the beginning and end of our tour. Didn't like the setup of the bathroom the first night. The walls must be paper thin as we could clearly hear people talking in the room beside us, that kept us awake all night. The room we got at the end... more
