This hotel is a typical Best Western. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and even have a private balcony. The staff is extremely helpful and their breakfast is good. If you don't mind walking a bit more than the normal to reach central Rome or all main attractions in Rome then it's a perfect hotel. If on the other hand you... More

nice clean enviroment, a bit far from the center, and after a hard days touring, would be nice to expect a restaurant, or bar open , as the nearest restaurant is another 10 mins walk from hotel. Great breakfast, got stung 36 euros for a basic bottle of white wine, plus six more for room service charge. found the front... More

The Hotel Rivoli is a long way from the centre of Rome... And sadly this dominated our stay...and because of this we cannot recommend it at a hotel to stay in for a short break in Rome. It took us until out third night to work out the most direct route in and out of town.... Twice getting hopelessly lost... More

The Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood location, the entrance is on a side street where there is construction going on. Also, there are cafes, restaurants and markets a few blocks away, not ideal but safe neighborhood. Clean room, typical breakfast. For my purposes it was comfortable and easy to get around locally. Taxi to tourist area in Rome... More

Quiet and charming hotel, situated up a side street, in a residential area. The outside is attractive and inviting - leading into a lovely marble reception area. All the staff are welcoming, smiling and most helpful. The rooms are a good size, with excellent bathroom facilities. Rooms 306 and 307 have a double walk-in shower, within a huge bathroom. Very nice... More

Four of us stayed for several nights before and after a cruise and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is off the beaten track in a residential area but we enjoyed the peace and quiet and found a great local restaurant that was recommended to us by the hotel and this became our 'local' for the six nights of our visit.... We booked 2 rooms at the hotel for 5 days. What we love was the breakfast even it was same everyday, but a good variety for changes. The beds was comfortable. What we didn't like was the toilet shower, extreme hot or cold... Need to keep switching to get right tempreture! No ironing board in bedroom, extra change for that.

Staying in Parioli

Neighborhood Profile
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavor of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
