We've stayed for a week occupying 3 rooms. The hotel is a bit far from the center but there are plenty transportation from/ to city center and Vatican. So this is not necessary negative. The rooms were spacious and spotless clean. Amenities from PTR as per usual in Hilton properties The staff are very friendly and in the morning they... More

I stayed at the hotel because of meetings in the nearby area. This is a functional hotel with professional staff at reception. However, there are not many pluses: hotel rooms are comfortable, but rather spartan. Room service was poor (even with a simple pasta) and breakfast was below average in terms of choice and quality. Moreover, if you get there... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end January as a tourist couple. The hotel is in a good location if you are comfortable with using public transport, if not it's quite a walk into "downtown" where all the tourist attractions are. Anna on the front desk was wonderful and helpful. She told us what trams & buses to... More

My room was on the 6th floor and had a nice balcony to enjoy my morning coffee or late night glass of wine. Not all rooms have a balcony, so if this is important, you should ask the front desk. The room was slightly larger than most european hotels and is a good size for two people. The internet quality... More

I was surprised when we got to this hotel that it was so charming. It was compact, but it was great. I expected the rooms to be small, and they were, but they had everything we needed. The rooms were really small. We had 2 beds and they were really scrunched up to each other, but the room was nice... More

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights alone before meeting up with my husband. I was extremely happy with my choice and the area. It is a modern HGI and the rooms were great! Wood floors with an inlaid rug under the bed, a big tub, super soft linens, nice residential view from the back side of... More

The hilton Claridge is a fantastic place to stay in Rome especially if you do not want to be in the noisy center. We found the location to be suitable for our needs. We enjoy walking so walking to places like Trevi fountain and piazza Navona was easily done.We also walked to other attractions including The Spanish Steps and the... More

Stayed 1 night before departing back to Florida. Room was very clean and comfortable with 1 issue....the room was about 85 F. I called the front desk and they informed me AC were not enabled in January. The heater was off but heat was still coming out of the vent. Luckily it was about 55 F outside, we were on... More
