The Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge is located at a semi affluent residential neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and has a few restaurants closed by. Food at the Restaurant next to the hotel is very good. There are no shopping center within walking distance. You need to take taxi or bus in order to go places like the Coliseum or... More

We had just checked into the hotel and was grabbing a quick lunch in the hotel restaurant before heading out to sight see. The waiter brought over an entire pitcher of ice water to our table and said there was no charge for that. This was the only time in our tour of Italy that we were able to enjoy... More

I literally spent 8 hours here and slept for 6 of them. Dinner is bar food standard and breakfast had a good spread. Reasonably priced for a European city centre and of the standard you would expect for a Garden Inn. Staff were fantastic. Free wifi available too. Parking is available but limited spaces so please enquire before you turn... More

We've stayed here four times, and we love the location. It's a quiet, refined neighborhood (Parioli) with a convenient Deutsche Bank ATM and Tigre supermarket nearby, great restaurant around the corner (Taverna Rossini) and handy transit. There are three transit stops within a block. The 3 takes you to Colosseo, the 53 to Spanish Steps, and the 19 to Piazza... More

Very clean, modern hotel in a quiet Rome neighborhood. The rooms were bright and comfortable, breakfast was huge (always important with my son & husband!). The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it's not near the tourist attractions, it's a quick taxi to the center of town and there is public transportation a few steps away from the... We spent two nights in Rome following our cruise. I gave a lot of thought where to stay for those two nights and was extremely happy with our choice. We were a family of 4 Americans. My priorities were comfort of the beds, accommodating all 4 of us in a suitable manner, good air conditioning, good Wifi, and availability of... More

The Hilton Garden Inn, Rome provides clean, spacious rooms in a quiet neighborhood, but with easy access to the main attractions of Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful and best of all, spoke excellent English. They provided us with an easy to follow map/list of the buses and trams that we could board, just outside of the hotel. It made... More

Located well. Metro and bus were right out side the hotel and took you to all the major attractions. We stayed for 3 nights and the rate for each night was vastly different (80 - 150 euros). Staff were friendly. There is one self service washing machine you could use, but this was always in use, as they only have... More

small clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Easy bus and tram rides to the major Rome attractions. Good breakfast and friendly staff throughout the hotel. A very nice restaurant we found nearby on Viale Parioli 35, a 3 min walk. Turn left when you walk out of the hotel. It is a sicilian place (Prodotti Siciliani) not serving the typical... More

Elevators were so small, I felt claustrophobic. My husband and I had to take separate elevators with our one suitcase each because we couldn't fit in one together. It reminded me of the old London phone booths. I thought they no longer made those booths anymore? Why would you make an elevator that small!? Saw the poor bell boy bring... More
