Location was outside ancient city area yet extremely well-located while providing respite from tourist crush. Amenities were terrific, extensive breakfast, courteous and helpful staff. Nice to be in comfy beds and larger room form our previous two weeks in italy and Greece in non-Hilton hotels.

Easy to get around with trams and bus stops in front. Staff seems to care less. Never smile. Don't use washer and dryer, they are a rip off. Breakfast is ok, expected better as a Diamond member have had better. This was one step above a Hampton Inn. Area is easy to get to all sites while visiting for tourists.... More

Staff was extremely helpful before and during the stay. Language was not a problem. Hotel is in area with many embassies, including US Ambassador's home. Excellent restaurants nearby. Trams pass in front of the hotel. One tram (trolley) line ends at the Vatican; the other line stops at the Coliseum. Excellent bar. Avoid the tourists. Arranged for car to pick... More

We stayed here when visiting Rome in June 2014. The hotel is out of the city, expect a good 45 minutes by public transit to get ''downtown'' Rome where all the main attractions are. The hotel is clean, but nothing special about it. We are Hilton diamond members and were greeted by average staff at the reception. We were a... More

Stayed here as part of our Globus bus tour of Italy this past May...it was the best hotel of our trip!....clean, modern and comfortable...it was the closest to American style hotels that we saw during our entire stay in Italy. Sure, the elevator only fit two to four people, but that's common there. Location was upscale and quiet, great cafe... More

Stayed 7 nights at Hilton Claridge in Rome. The stay was excellent. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms clean and modern. Location good but hotel to far to walk to some attractions, but transit system (bus, trolly, train) all nearby and relativity easy to use.

We enjoyed staying at this Hotel during our 2 nights in Rome; however, we found that the Hotel was a little out of the way from City Center. There is a bus which can take you to City Center around the corner, but you must make sure you have a ticket before boarding. The staff were friendly and most helpful.... More

We stayed five nights, split around a Mediterranean cruise. The hotel is well-located in a safe, residential area but within walking distance to several good restaurants. A market (Tigre) and tram stop are located almost at its front. The #19 tram line will drop you off at St. Peter's (free with Omnia card) as opposed to 15 Euro each way... More

We spent 3 nights in Rome last week. After being in the bustling city all day long, it was nice to come back to a hotel that was quiet and away from it all. There are two tram/bus stops within steps of the hotel, so getting to the major attractions in the city was no problem. There is an excellent... More

Stayed here 2 nights on a group tour. It's in a residential neighborhood near the US Embassy. About a 15 Euro cab ride to St Peters. Trolley runs in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the Borghese Gallery. Convenient restaurants nearby(Taverna Rossini is great!) Rooms are almost US standard, modern and clean. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.
