We stayed at the hotel in a junior suite as we were a family of 4. The suite was enough for us as they had a big sofa bed that was big enough for the two kids. Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. It is an average hotel and not fancy at all. It looks from outside like... More

Hotel was new. Internet worked (not always the case in Italy). Breakfast was ok. I didn't mind the location - there were tons of buses and trams right outside the hotel which go directly to the Vatican, to multiple museums or major parts of Rome. Easy walk to Borghese Gardens/Museum. Taxi to central train station about euro10. As a female... More

After staying at Londra Palace in Venice and Brunlecici in Florence, typical HGI was very average typical American chain hotel. Hilton Garden Inn at Claridge provided an average service. Somewhat out of the way but still in reach through public transportation, we still find it convenient as a couple. It may be painful for the family with kids. Room had... More

My husband and I chose this hotel because we were using HH points and it was the closest Hilton to the city center. We were a little concerned that it would be too far from the major sites but it turned out to be a great location. Being close to Borghese gardens proved to be convenient for seeing the Borghese... We stayed there 3 days for our summer vacation at August 2014. Hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable. It is not like other Rome hotels, I mean rooms have new style decorations. You feel like at your home. Before check in , they organised our transfer. We didnt have any problem. Hotel is near Borghese Park. You can walk everywhere... More

The hotel is in a more quiet, residential area of Rome with a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. We stayed here as part of a Globus tour and did not have to worry about any transportation, but it seemed to be relatively easy to get around to the main sights, with the transit... More

We thought at first this location might be a little far away from main areas of interest in Rome but we liked its 'suburban' residential environs and chose it for that reason.. Our family stayed here in July. It was in a quiet neighborhood, not touristy, accessible by train/tram, bus or cab. First time we arrived from the train station (Roma termini), we took the bus. It took about 30-40 mins. It was interesting to note that Globus tours also booked their travellers here so we took it as a good sign.... More

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome at this property while on a whirlwind European tour with a young grandson. The employees on duty were uniformly excellent: They showed (faked?) enthusiasm and interest, even though they undoubtedly get asked the same questions over and over. Perhaps it was our Hilton Diamond status but we were... More

I truly enjoyed my stay at this HGI for multiple reason. First the staff at the front desk were not only friendly but also helpful.
