On the positive side the hotel is modern and clean, with an attractive room and comfortable bed complete with minibar and flat screen TV showing programmes in a number of languages and it is good value for money if you can get a room for about €160 including breakfast, in a city where hotels are expensive.

High quality hotel, nice breakfast, excllent room, excellent service, everyone is speaking english, has a parking garage (costs only 20euro per day and its very cheap in Rome standarts), free Wifi which is the best!

Nice and comfortable hotel (beds are very comfortable, rooms are large enough and wifi is available for free) but service is not up to a 4 star hotel (no one willing to help with the luggage, unfriendly staff...). Elavators are so slow and reception desk needs some updating... And location is not ideal to visit the city.
