Me and my wife just came back after a magnificent three nights stay in Rome. We came to this hotel by a friend's recommendation, she said this is a "must visit hotel". We took her advice which was absolutely correct! First, the location is perfect, everything is so close, you just get out of your room and you're in the... More

This was an excellent place. The location was superb, it was not costly, it was clean and safe, and the staff was wonderful! The room and bathroom were small, but not cramped. I would love to stay again!!

We stayed at Condotti Palace, in a standard double room. The room was small, but very clean and perfect for our needs. The room was cleaned every day. We had a nice terrace, surrounded by plants, which was a very good environment for breakfast. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in the heart of the city. When we... More

I have stayed at the hotel numerous times, & each time was better than the last. The location is beyond great. There are great restaurants nearby & next to the high end stores too, but best of all it's so close to the Spanish Steps. The staff really caters to their clients & are always helpful as well. I will... More

I will give this hotel a couple PROS: This hotel is in a great location just a couple blocks from the Spanish Steps. It's also had a great staff that is very helpful. But the CONS really need to be addressed: This is a SMALL Boutique hotel. Let me say that again... it is a very small hotel with postage... More

This hotel is always our home away from home because of how they (the staff) & the owners made you feel when you stay with them... SPECIAL! They go an extra mile to help you with your needs & concerns. The rooms are quite comfortable & clean. The location is so good that when asked by friends & relatives where... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay! We very kindly got upgraded from a basic room to a junior suite in the annex building and the room was lovely, lots of room! The location is perfect one street down from the piazza de spagna - Spanish Steps and the metro station so it was easy to... More

Be careful where your room is, we were around the corner from the main hotel in the 'annex'. It was hot and not well appointed. The general feel of the hotel is 3 star but the people on the front desk are very nice.

This place was great! Close to everything. There is a market very near and a McDonalds. I must be the first person that did not like the food in Rome. The clothes shopping is right outside the door. Pay the 10 euro and eat breakfast at the hotel. It's like our food at home. Eggs, toast, cereal, fruit, yum!

I arranged a short break in Rome for myself, my daughter & granddaughter. The hotel was great & in an excellent location. Spotlessly clean hotel and lovely big room. The staff, especially Fabio, were amazing - helpful and friendly. Fabio saved the day for us when one of our tours cancelled on us. Thank you Fabio. Will definitely stay here... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
