Mother and daughter time! Excellent location. We could walk everywhere. The rooms are small but very cozy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay again when in Rome. We had booked a room at another hotel which we paid for in advance but realized that this was esthetically more pleasing and a better location so it was worth... More

Wonderful location with SO MANY great shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, as are most in Rome, and the shower was really, really small, but the balcony was fun. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights in a superior room in the main building. Lots more space than your average Italian hotel but as we were on the front it was quite noisy in the evenings. The location was perfect minutes from the Spanish Steps and no more than 40 minutes stroll to all the main attractions. Breakfast was good with... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior to a cruise. Clean, perfectly located if you want to be near the high end shops and Spanish steps. Hop on hop off bus stop is a short 10 min walk way if you want to get around time and haven only a day or two. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff... Often... More

The rooms at hotel condotti were clean, but average. We had a small suite as we were traveling with our son and the room was nice, good size. Nothing fancy, but I manly got this hotel for its location. Its 2 minute walk to Piazza di Spagna ( spanish steps) and Via del Corso( main shopping street in Rome. Very... More

The rooms were at best "motel" quality. We were in the annex building. Rooms are just around the corner from the main lobby. We had trouble opening the door up to the rooms every time as the key would stick but wasn't a huge problem. Rooms were clean. Amenities were basic and shower was fairly small. Outdated bed spreads on... More

The hotel has excellent location, just 2 mins from spanish steps. The area around the hotel has good hustle bustle with many restaurants and hotels around it. We had booked a room in annex building. Rooms were small as can be expected in Rome. However, one problem with annex building is that it does not have a reception. It has... More

Please note how many "5 star" reviews are made by first time posters so you can judge for yourself. The annex has NO ELEVATOR and no hotel services and is across the street and around the block from the hotel. They really try to sell it as "deluxe rooms". The dreary staircase smelled like mold. They really push the "private... More

Dear Hotel Guest, We are extremely concerned with your comments and will do our level best to right what is apparently wrong. As we are sure you can appreciate we are in historic Rome where nooks and crannies are part of everyday life and is the normal make-up for what is the Eternal City. Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
