Just arrived at the Grand hotel Ritz and love it!! We were greeted by the doorman that crossed over the road to come and collect our luggage. Then arrived in the beautiful reception and the staff were lovely. Showed us up to our upgraded room and gave us some information about the hotel. Truly lovely experience with great staff. So... The rooms are a decent size and the restaurant was very nice and the staff helpful. However during winter season they switch the air con off and the heating on with no option to turn it off. Despite several attempts to get the heat in the room resolved, the rooms remained too hot. You can leave the windows open because... More

I have no idea how this hotel is given 5* rating. This hotel is no hire then 3* star. Hotel is actually is a part of a building. The picture shown on the internet is not the hotel photo.it is near to a Oprah house. It is for away for all attractions. there is no restaurant near to the hotel.... More

Stayed for 3 nights in late December. Location was good in a nice neighborhood with the Eculide metro just around the corner. Hotel decor was good, staff friendly and helpful. Our rate included breakfast which was varied and plentiful. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, one next door called the Eculide was great with good priced... More

Incredibly small rooms Non functional furniture Poor breakfast (I was even asked a Supplement to have a freshly pressed orange juice...) Bad service at breakfast in a very small and badly arranged breakfast room I had no warm water in the bathroom: I asked in the morning to check but at night nothing was done... So I was asked to... I booked this hotel blindly off the internet after reading a couple of reviews, and overall I think it's a good hotel to stay for a couple of days while exploring Rome. I upgraded to the superior room option and wasn't disappointed. Reception staff were very helpful on our arrival and helped readily with taking bags to the room. The... More

The hotel is businesslike, has all the facilities of a 4 star, well located but in a posh residential area...the station is a few seconds away though and the option is to take a cab or uber if you want to see the sights or shop, its all 10-15 minutes away..not much choice in dining nearby except one cute and... I have just returned home from Rome after a long weekend and this hotel was superb!! The staff there were very helpful, polite, professional and very nice. The rooms are spotless and very big with a great view so will definitely be staying there again when I go back.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights October 2015, from the second we arrived we were well looked after by the manager Fabio who gave us a room upgrade for free as it was my boyfriends birthday! Staying in Parioli

Neighborhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavor of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
